Food was good, service was acceptable.Men's bathrooms was disgusting and the dining room tables were dirty and chairs misplaced.The open kitchen was messy, I noticed food & trash all over the kitchen floor.I counted 5 or 6 employees working in the kitchen - so they had plenty of staff available to go clean.

We made the mistake last night about trusting that the crew at Arby's was intelligent enough to pack a drive thru order without double checking. When we got home we were one sandwich short, so one of us did not get dinner. We called and spoke to a very nice man who identified himself as the manager, Joe. He said they were aware that the sandwich was left out of the bag and that they would make up for it and wrote down that we were coming back in today to make up for the sandwich. When my husband got there today he was told that not only was "Joe" not working last night but that no one wrote anything down. At this point I feel that we had money stolen from us by this company as well as them ruining our "dinner" last night. This is completely shameful on behalf of everyone that works there.

I think I've finally learned my lesson. This Arbys always seems to have something wrong. Today my kid wanted to go so we stopped for a fish strip meal and a French dip meal. Got home to find no sauce for either. After calling the person on the other end said the hot water wasn't working for the Au Jus but I should have received tarter sauce. Then he hung up while I was talking.

Oh my dear lord. This was shocking. I am so tired of nobody caring about anything. This is an a $7 sandwich that had almost no meat on one side. I am sad. The roast beef came in a slab. Like cheap bagged lunch meat. I dont want to even call anymore, cause it doesn't matter. Even if ur busy take a wee bit of pride in ur work. It's embarrassing.
