The food was good but every time I go to this Arby’s, it seems to be a problem you can’t ever order online and this time they said they were out of roast beef and it’s Arby’s for goodness sake

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I understand that things happen sometimes, but my last visit here was one thing after another. They asked us to pull to the side and wait even though we had a pretty simple order. When they brought the order part of it was missing and we had to run in and get it. The fries were cold and stale and when we got home, the order wasn't even right. I won't go back to this one anytime soon.

Ordered the 3.99 breakfast wrap combo. Asked for a coke instead of the coffee. I was charged almost $9. I asked why since I've always done it that way with no issue. We have a new district manager who doesn't allow substitutes, you have to get a coffee. Is a soft drink really that costly? I totally understand being charged the difference from the price of a coffee to the price of a coke but this is ridiculous. This store is on its last leg as it is so why drive more customers away with this pettiness? Food quality is another issue. The tortilla on the wrap was dry and falling apart. The cheese in the wrap was cold. Dang, toss it in the microwave for 30 seconds or something.

Waited in line over 35 minutes to order food, the lady was extremely nice tskng my cash and handing out food. Please don't just leave tour customers sitting at the speaker, at least tell them something.
Lady working the drive thru was rude and didn’t put any ice in my drink. It took 10 minutes to get 1 sandwich and it wasn’t exceptionally hot… so like what were they doing??

I ordered uber eats and my order was accepted but I needed to change something so I had to call the restaurant and while I was trying to talk the women says we are closed so I asked than why did you accept my order. She said I don't know I been asking my manager the same things she said go into the app and cancel the order I tried but uber eats could not verify that they were closed so now not only did they take my money now I feel worse not being able to get food for my family. Cuz I worked late. Such B.S

This Arby’s is awful. The staff and managers are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been here a couple of times and each time I have left without ordering. Roast beef and Swiss on wheat bread was an impossible sandwich to make and was told very rudely Not Here when I said I’ve gotten this sandwich before with no problem. It seems like they want to be out of business. Looks like the dining room is permanently closed down.
