Although the service was good, the food was horrible! Fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The ham sandwich was barely warm. I told the young man at the window I would be returning because of his service, but when I open the bag and tasted the fries before leaving the lot, I will never go back.

This location does an outstanding job. I recently started stopping here quick on my way to class after work every so often. 3 times thus far, and my service has been quick and kind and my food hot and fresh. The young men I’ve dealt with have been excellent! Well done!

They are very rude at the window. When you place your order they dont give u the total you owe. When you pull up to pay they grab your cash or in my case my debit card give u your change if you gave them cash AND THEN TELL YOU TO PULL AHEAD SO YOUR OFF THE TIMER( ONLY TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE) Then after waiting 5 to 10 minutes they bring you your order with out napkins or any sauce after they directly ask you if you want any.Hopefully someone from there corporate office reads this and they see how rude there employees are. I will not ever purchase 35-40 worth of food at this location again I can see that no one from there corporate office gives a dam about
threre horrible employees since we have not received one call about this visit. Being a small business owner I will make sure everyone knows exactly how bad they are and will reach out to Arby's Corp to inform them exactly how bad the service and how rotten the quality of the food is

Delivery order.. bags were sealed at restaurant for accuracy and tamper resistance ordered 4 horsey sauces and got none. I couldn't even eat it because none of the sandwiches had the normal Arby's sauce they should have had. I wish these orders for delivery could be chosen by the customer, not the app. I would NOT have chosen rudisill location for the source.
