I came to order at 12 and were told they were closed when they close at 1. Then when I asked, no one said anything and I seen the person in drive through walk away from the window and get on his phone.

Was there for delivery, the guy running the drive-thru thru wasn't overly friendly but was super quick, accurate and efficient. Would choose this location again.

Came in the drive thru and got 2 fish sandwiches and of course they were OLD! You should be serving FISH FRESH especially 10 at night! Pieces are hard and shouldn’t be but I don’t have a way back now smh AND THE KICKER WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 5 MINUTES BECAUSE HE WAS “WAITING” on the sandwiches. Bull crap! Oh and an employee was cussing and yelling while we were at the window. Completely ridiculous! I’m pissed!

We had just came in the drive thru and very disappointed. I have come there a lot and have gotten food. The people in there working said they're closed and only accepting door dash. That's bull crap I'll never come back again. Shouldn't be open to door dash only but this time
Can't take our order? I'm upset this location is sinking.

Customer service from manager was HORRIBLE. Manners WERE NON EXISTING. Not snatching from customers DEFINITELY needs to be worked on. Saying insulting things such as, "This isn't McDonald's" was very degrading. Being respectful & kind ESPECIALLY when the customer is respectful and kind needs to be worked on. (All of this is for the MANAGER. The young lady on the drive through register was very kind. My return receipt says HOLLY, so I'm guessing this is the managers name. Idk. She walked away with a nasty attitude after shoving my money at me.

They gave me everything I asked for. And more. Including sauces. AND they remembered to put napkins the bag. One of the very few times a restaurant on Rudisill actually got my order right in a decent time along with good customer service. Thank you

This happened around 6:45 am on 7-31-24 Whoever worked the drive thru this morning that lady needs to be talked to. I really hope she’s not the GM of this location because if so it’s creating a hostile work environment either way I feel sorry for the employees; so I was doing DoorDash this morning went to drive thru speaker told her why I was there she cut me off and screamed JUST PULL UP TONTHE WINDOW!! I get there it took a few minutes I get it they just opened a little bit prior understandable. She opened the window said rudely here’s your stuff I grabbed it and said thanks have a great day. Then she gave me a very mean look and slammed window shut and walked away. I get it we all have bad days but this completely unacceptable. Is this how we treat people? I’ve worked in retail 15+ years and I’m sure I’ve had days I wasn’t perfect on delivering service. But I would never slam a window in a customers face. But this was just horrible!
