I ordered two of the new loaded italian sandwiches. It took almost 10 minutes at the drive through with NO ONE else in line. When the sandwiches were brought out to the vehicle, they were cold already. When I got them home and unwrapped one, it appeared that the sandwich had been microwaved, but was still cold. The ingredients of the sandwich were just kind of thrown side by side with the bread, and wrapped up in the foil. Absolutely the worst food I've ever gotten at an Arby's. I will never spend another penny of my money at Arby's.

The food is always iffy, buns are always dry and fried foods are usually half cooked and no matter how far ahead you order they are always slow. The management is what needs help at this location. They go through people like crazy and the manager is not just rude, she's offensive. Don't do online orders, if they screw up they won't fix it and won't refund it. I have had multiple issues with the online ordering at this store specifically. They have the option to turn off online ordering if they are under staffed or out of food items and they don't, then they tell you when you get there that they can't fill your order and offer to give you other food without offering any refunds until you say you're not interested, and then they get rude and tell you they can't refund anything done online so you basically can take their offer of different food or nothing at all and try contacting customer service for a refund that takes a week or more.

Used to be a good restaurant I would give it less than one star if I Could. The lady at the speaker was incredibly rude and cursed at me while all I was trying to do was make an order hopefully corporate will see this

The customer service was awful!! The person that took my order and working the drive thru window were the same person. Just terrible. Almost had to climb out of my car to be able to reach anything she handed out. Then I wanted more Arby's sauce, when she finally looked back at me, she just raised her brows...she didn't bother opening the window. After that experience, I see why the parking lot was completely empty at lunch time!! Do better Arby's staff.

I understand about being short staff but it would be nice to know that before we're sitting in line waiting to order for 15 minutes then get up to the window to pay and then be asked to pull up forward and wait another 15 minutes I have it all on receipts so this is not a very good store at the moment
Ordered potato cakes and received curly fries come on Arby's get your shit together I read so many reviews on here of receiving the wrong food and on top of that I was pulled forward and waited 10 minutes

The crew was very cordial very light atmosphere did absolutely everything too perfection I called the store because just like I told the gentleman on the phone everybody takes the time out to complain it takes less time to drop a compliment this crew did absolutely everything above and beyond my expectations.
