I ordered an Arby's melt. And I did not get that once I got home and opened up my sandwich!!! By the size of the sandwich too even before opening it looked small. Check or double check the order from the customer next time, kids!! Spent over $8 for a wrong small sandwich and a large fry. My sandwich was the bulk of my meal! Give me a break 😠 I never said "ham" or "swiss" over the intercom, kids. Disappointed

People just don't care or work anymore ! Serve cold food and don't even get the sandwich right . Came trough about 8pm just to get home and realize it was all sub par ! Why would you expect people to pay !!!

Not the most friendly or polite. As a delivery driver and a consumer I can say I have struggled with orders that weren't made correctly at this location. Always made to feel guilty for bothering the counter person for extras like an extra cup of peppercorn ranch to ease the heat of the Buffalo sauce (yeah, i know I'm weak lol) but if I'm spending my money consistently why is it an issue asking for anything? I mean you're literally there for that reason. Not trying to step on toes but I work hard for my money and am lost on the point of shopping ANY service that carries that poor of an attitude. We all have bad days and I realize that but I never get that snarky of service at Chick-fil-A or Culver's.

So I orders 2 meals, 1 Ruben (extra meat) and 1 French dip (extra meat with an extra Ah juice). I also ordered a Large Mozzarella Stick. Instead I got my French dip with barely any meat (squished as well) With no fry, and no drink. The Ruben meal was fine but they Charged me for 2 Mozzarella Sticks and voided a third.... WHAT??? so disappointed with my dinner tonight 🤦♂️

I would give this location a 0 if I could. Absolutely horrible service I have given them a couple of times and I just can't. They are always putting a time limit on your food to make you not want to order it. They pull you forward to get your food out the back door. And my food is never fresh mushy mozzarella sticks are discussing. They was out of pop today. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Shut this location down! I'll drive across town before I ever go there again.

Boy this Arby's is the biggest joke in town.... If I order a chicken sandwich they always try to not make it.... It's going to take 10 minutes to make it's going to take 15 minutes to make.... This place is like a broken record.... I honestly don't know how it stays in business.... The customer service really sucks too let me tell you I'm the one who greets them and says hello I'm the one that says have a great day.... The return response is usually silence.... Sad these days they can't get anybody in management or the workers to actually do a good job
Worst Arby's ever! Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on them and the food still wasn't done. Had to eat whilr driving back to work. And there was only ONE other customer in the whole place. How is it this slow? Other Arby's in the area are way, way better.

Terrible! I show up 1/2 hour after the store opens and the shake machine is apart for cleaning? They couldn't have that done prior to start time? Other Arbys too?
They cared more about socializing with each other than taking care of customers. Didn't listen to what the order was. Food was cold couldnt get anyone from the back. We are from out of town won't eat there again.

Just always crap service. They make you pull up past the window and wait so it looks like they are more efficient than they are..I imagine the manager gets a bonus for the faster windown times.
Pulled up to speaker and waited 5 minutes. Was slow but no one answered the speaker. Left to go elsewhere.

I have ordered online through the app with this store and 2/3 of the times I did, they claimed they didn't have my order. Once I showed them my online order they said "oh sorry"- I really just think they don't pay attention to online orders or ignore them. The 3rd time the app let me order and I show up to find that they're closed. As someone else mentioned, they are also typically rude/annoyed that you're there.

My wife was several bites into her breaded chicken sandwich and found a raw spot. I went to the counter with sandwich in hand, the manager glanced at my hand and began to speak before fully looking at the sandwich. “I don’t see a raw spot” and went back to socializing with other employees. I walked to the trash to dispose of the undercooked sandwich and I doubt the manager cared that she served us garbage. I’ve seen her be rude to other customers as well. Hopefully she finds a job outside of the service industry because she does not want to be around customers
