The lady taking our order tried to ring up turkey sliders with no cheese for us. She was great, empathetic, and kind. The manager said there were no turkey sliders. I said that’s ok, we will go to another Arby’s in town that does have turkey sliders or is willing to make turkey sliders. This is the part that infuriated me: the manager laughed.Ok twin, I have the receipts… they do exist at other Arbys in town.

Horrendous customer service. They made me feel like I am an inconvenience more than once that I have been there. No hello, no thank you. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes not even being acknowledged. No one in front of me. Food was good. Service the worst I have seen.

After paying, we were told to pull forward and our food would be made fresh. After waiting for about 5 minutes for our food. We sat in the parking lot to eat and 3 of our sandwiches were cold. The fries were ok. We went back on to let them know, and tjw Manager refunded all of our money and made all 4 meals over. We appreciated the customer service, but they should have us wait for fresh food and we don't get that. Let's start serving food that we want to eat. Thank yiu to the manager for fixing our food issue.

Bought a bit and they put honey mustard on it. Disgusting could even eat the sandwich the bacon wasn't cooked and there was no brown sugar on it. Unless the honey mustard over powered it. Tired to call but they aren't receiving calls at the moment.

We waited 10 minutes for our food (drive up and only one other car there) and when we got it our sandwiches were cold. One of the people in our group ate his sandwich anyway and he was up sick all night. Never going to this location again.

The sandwich was not warm at all. The bun was ice cold. The fries were not hot. The floor was so sticky that you could hear my husband walking across it. It was ridiculous. When I asked the guy if the bun was supposed to be cold on my fish sandwich, he said, "You want me to warm it up?" By far the worst Arby's in Fort Wayne.

Good food, but order was incorrect. Just the wrong sandwich. The cashier had the wrong sandwich entered. Cashier questioned me on the name I gave for my order, which was a little rude. I always give my husband's name for orders. First time being questioned about it like it was wrong to do. Overall it was a good lunch.

Was the only one in the drive thru and they pulled me up from the drive through window to wait on two sour dough sandwiches. Another car came through and got their food and pulled out. It appears that they are seriously understaffed at this location. Next time I will just stop in Waynedale and get my food.
