The food is like Arby's as usual, good. The service was disappointing. They took lots of time to complete order. I was asking about warm water but they couldn't understand and gave lemonade. There was no napkins in the napkins holder, some dipping container was empty. Cleanliness was okay.

While ordering at the drive thru, my children (4, 7, and 10) opened the back window in our van and said in unison to the employee taking our order "welcome to good burger, home of the good burger, can I take your order?" Because they love that movie and wanted to try the good burger meal. I apologized, told the kids to close the window, and tried to continue with my order. The employee then told me they can deny service when a customer yells at them in the drive thru. I didn't hear them when they said it the first time because my van is a 1987 and pretty loud. I told them I was sorry and couldn't hear them so I was going to turn my van off to continue the order. After turning it off, I started again and they said they wouldn't take my order because we yelled at them. I thought they were joking at first so I asked if they were serious. They said "yes, goodbye". I was super confused because nobody had yelled at them or said anything rude/offensive so i thought maybe they hadnt heard what my children had said so I tried to explain. They just said "have a good night" repeatedly, not letting me get a word in edge wise. I told them "well that's just not nice" then they said "neither is yelling at someone in the drive thru".At that point another car pulled up behind us so I drove around the parking lot and got back in line behind the car so they would hopefully take our order after the car behind us ordered. They did so I'm really unsure why they were so pressed just minutes before that.According to the Britannica Dictionary definition, yelling is characterized by vocalizing loudly because you are "angry, surprised, or trying to get someone's attention". They were doing none of those things. I understand having that policy in place to protect employees from verbal abuse and the like by customers, but from children saying a line from their favorite movie? come on.Kid-0 for kid friendlinessThey hate children and any joy they might have about the good burger meal.

I just went through the drive through for breakfast and after telling the woman that I was happy to see them open in the morning she told me how she was the opener. It had been months since the last time I was there in the morning so maybe she was the reason why they are open for breakfast now. She was super friendly and changed my opinion of that store. The food was typical, I like the sourdough breakfast sandwich so I like Arby's breakfast.

Karen was working the drive thru. She was so bubbly & friendly! She related to my mayo addiction lol and she even complemented me. Saying "you look great today!" ? I do not know Karen. We use the drive-thru so I don't know what the atmosphere was like but the food was messed up they gave us cold food for breakfast messed up my sandwich and messed up the other sandwich but are potato cakes were right on point.

Sign on door said Dine-in was open till 10. But at 9 o'clock, doors are locked. I walk up to the drive-thru window, and he won't serve me because I'm not in a car. THE SIGN SAYS DINE-IN OPEN TILL 10, but don't count on it. I'm wondering if the jokes and insults loaded onto Arby's are true.

Nice, clean inside. Parking lot has potholes. Food was solid. They gave me three more jalapeño poppers for waiting a few extra minutes. No complaints on wait time though. Pretty calm on the inside and nice people behind counter.
