I went to this Arby's and accidentally gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill instead of a one and she kept it. When I was leaving the drive through, she kept looking at me and so I lowered my window to see why. She said she forgot to give me my sauce and handed one to me, but very weirdly. I didn't go anywhere else and the next day went through my wallet realizing I was missing 100 dollars. I thought through my day, and that was the only place I went to. I thought about how weird our interaction was and I realized what happened. She was going to be honest but changed her mind at the last second (keep in mind I already had the sauces I needed in the bag before she gave me the others). When I talked to the manager, she was nice enough and showed me the register differences from the previous day. I said it wouldn't be in there, it'd be in her pocket. The manager said that there's no way this employee would do this, she's worked there for seven years and no complaint. I said maybe she was having an off day and did something unusual from her normal behavior. I was told to come back but it was obvious they thought I was crazy or something. On top of it, all of my food was cold. I ordered jalapeño bites and a turn over. This place has ruined my orders so many times that I don't know why I ever go back, mostly lack of options I suppose. I just know I spent over 100 bucks on bad food that I'm not getting back. The 100 bucks that is, I'm surprised I didn't get the food back. I usually don't leave a review if I don't have anything good to say but they literally stole from me.

Try to go inside and the lobby is closed. Hours say 6am -10pm NOTHING about lobby hours. If your just going g to stand around and do nothing open your lobby and hire a couple more people. This place could use a good clean.

After being ignored to order. I specifically ordered ranch chicken wraps I get home to see they gave me all honey mustard wraps like how is that even close to what I said. Then order a shake that’s basically half whipped cream because they put at the bottom and the top guess y’all are just to lazy to y’all jobs.
