The employees on the clock as of 04/04/2024 as I’m posting this review 19:09 hours. Drive thru rep was lazy and rude. Might as well pay someone that actually works or pretend like they want to work.

Ordered 2 Apple Turnovers. Did not receive.Drove back to get them. Mgr. gave an extra Apple for our trouble. Received 1 apple & 1 half cherry/half apple turnover & 1 all Cherry turnover. Crazy. I can't eat cherry so I had 1/2 of turnover. Poor product from whoever sells them to Arby's.

I deliver orders I waited in the drive thru, store was closed told to pull around and proceeded to wait way past the delivery time all the while I was rudely spoken to by the store manager while she rolled her eyes at my inquiry.

Nice slow lunch. The food was fresh and hot, and the crew was nice. I love that the bell is there to ring when you want to signify great service; I rang it loud!

The front desk and the person putting the order together seem very nice. Worried about times on the orders and all as is probably in the job. Great job to them. The cook on the other hand is intentionally being loud and rude. The lady running the orders told him the “carry out order is here” the cook replied as loud as he can “I DONT CARE, they’ll get it when they get it” everyone looked at him awkwardly knowing he was being over board. Not really sure what the attitude was for. That was my carry out order. I’m sure that attitude is bad for the environment of the other employees.

Truly the worst Arby’s in the area, every time I order from there my meal is wrong. Typically a completely different meal is given to me than what I order or it’s extremely under or over cooked. Just today I stopped before work to grab lunch when I opened my sandwich it was a chicken bacon Swiss wrapped in a beef and cheddar wrapper. just disappointing how lazy and inattentive these workers are. do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to get to an Arby’s that will actually give you food that is edible.

Truly G.O.A.Ted Arby's. I didn't have Arby's for years due to getting food poisoning but when I moved to this part of town, I started going again solely because the food quality, staff quality and store quality at the Bluffton road Arby's is so good.

Got the waygu burger and it was raw in the middle. Manager kept telling me that’s how they come in and go out and that if we want it we’ll done then we should tell them. However there is no warning for raw meat on menu. Anyways I went back and got another one and after taking a couple bites into the burger there was still some slight pink. The burger can make people really sick and deserve to be sued if they do. It’s a good thing im a man and I’m not pregnant otherwise they’ll hear it from my lawyers
