We were greeted by a very friendly employee as soon as we came in. He was incredibly professional and absolutely made the experience for us. The food was good as well. They absolutely exceeded our expectations.

i paid for 2 cups of cheese and got 5 bronco sauces. very sad and unhappy but the jalapeño bites were great.

Arby's has gone down hill, not only is there lobby closed half of the time, they've lowered the quanity of the food you receive. You use to get a good size container with biscuits full of gravy, now you're biscuit is wrapped separate and you get a small container of gravy. If you put more then half of your biscuit in it, there isn't enough gravy, and there sausage egg wrap is about half the size it use to be. Of course the prices still go up. But more than likely the employees wages don't. More money for the company CEOs who's wages have gone up dramatically over the years.

Cold fries…had to turn around and go back. Then opened the sandwich wrapper and it was ICE cold! Turned around #2 time. Only 2 employees and one was new because the other one was giving him instructions- I felt bad for them but I paid over $12 and was looking forward to it for days and felt like it was all in slow motion. The floor was VERY sticky and felt like it has never been deep cleaned with stuff on the walls. I didn’t notice it at first but on my 3rd trip and waiting, it was really noticeable. I am finding that most of the fast food and casual restaurants here in Fort Wayne are subpar and shows no pride in their businesses and just don’t care about being mediocre. Still hoping to find one good one!

Wonderful workers! I ordered pickup and asked if I could use the drive thru because I had my two sons who have autism in my vehicle. They had me pull up next to the door and brought our food out to me. As a worn out mom, I genuinely appreciated their kindness!

It’s always something with this place. Either they are out of roast beef or like today, their doors are locked, no signs stating lobby is closed, but drive through is open.

1 o'clock on a Friday. I placed an order for 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. They said they only have enough roast beef for 2 sandwiches?! Wtf, this IS Arby's is it not? How do you run out of roast beef? Arby's going down hill quick...

Drive through experience left a lot to be desired when already being in the position of having an exceptionally low bar. The person taking my order responded with some unexpected sarcasm when denying my order and referenced a sign that was not visible on their menu. This unnecessary response took me by surprise and I decided to leave without continuing or even altering my order. I suggest visiting a different Arby’s location!
