I love Arby's fish sandwiches! Especially when they are 2/$6! And their vanilla shakes are SOOOO good. Wish they still had the snack size shakes!

Ordered thru a delivery app. They never made the food. After 3 drivers accepted and waited and never received the order we finally had to cancel. Ridiculously slow service. Do not recommend.

Ordered egg, cheese bacon croissant and a black coffee....what I received was a hard impossible to chew croissant with NO egg, burnt bacon and a cold cup of coffee.....DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND

Thanks for forgetting my fries! I love paying $25 for 4 roast beef sandwiches and 2 chocolate shakes! Bad enough it was that including the fries!!! Yeah quality control!

While ordering a meal, I was told they had shut off the fryers and couldn't make me any fried items for 10-15 min. They didn't apologize. They stated their cut off schedule for fryers is more important than their customers. When bringing it up to manager miles, he cut me off and berated me for wondering why I never even got an apology or a make it right attitude. I am very disappointed in how far arbys has fallen in hiring people of miles' caliber. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and disrespectful to customers after his crew did the same. I guess the phrase speed of the leader speed of the team applies.
If there was a zero star that's what this review would be. Been visiting this Arby's for many years and the service and food has gone completely downhill into the ditch. Honestly most Arby's have gone downhill at least in this area, but most fast food restaurants or should I say fast food scams in this area have become crap. NEVER going back to Arby's unless it's the last place on earth I can get a meal and I'm starving and even than I will have to think hard. Use to love Arby's but the food has gone to crap. The service has gone to crap, and the mindless workers whom you really can't blame too much for hating their job could care less. But if you don't want to work at Arby's don't. Always out of popular items the buns are almost always stale and you should be so lucky to get the order you paid for.

One of my employees loves the seasonal orange shake, and so I stopped by the Arby's just down the road a bit and ordered 2-because I like them too. When I got the shakes-I noticed that they were simply really milky-certainly not close to being in a near frozen state. I brought this up to the manager-and he had a bit of an attitude and told me that it was 90deg's (inside? I wondered) and it was the humidity. Seriously bad form. So, I was curious, and drove across to the Culvers next door and got their Chocolate shake. Amazingly-despite it still being 90deg outside, I received a serious-no mistaking it for chocolate milk shake. The attitude of employees at this Arby's has in the majority of cases, with a few exceptions, just been "tinkle" poor.
