I used to really love Arcos, but lately they’ve been messing up my order and my last experience takes the cake! Not only do they completely messed up my order, but I also get charged eight dollars more than I should have. When brought to the attention of The manager on duty, a refund was given for the eight dollars, but nothing was done about the incorrect order. They rarely answer the phone anymore, and when they do, it is almost impossible to get someone who communicates clearly in English, and while I do appreciate the authenticity of the restaurant, effective communication is crucial for a successful business. This is quite disappointing, and I hope they do better in the future, but I will be reconsidering where I spend my money.

Best Mexican food around! Authentic and tasty with a dynamic presentation. And what they have done with the old bandido building is incredible. It's a unique cultural vibe. The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. 10/10
