Yeah I'm losing my interested in the food court system at the mall at this point not looking to go back to the mall at all it can shut down for all I care the food is not great the service is not great the employees are not welcome every time I try to go up to the stall I feel like they're judging it doesn't feel welcoming at all like it used to kind of has a grim feel to it don't know if I would trust the food with that kind of atmosphere

Absolutely horrible food & customer service. Our pretzels were not fresh at all. Hard & cold. Just nasty. When brought to the associates attention, they don’t care one bit. The frozen slushies were runny, or frozen.

First almond crunch was burnt and hard on the bottom ...second (replacement) was just burnt....please don't cook the almond crunch so the bottom is burnt.

Keep up the good and gooey work ? I love when you actually oven bake the pretzels in the morning that tastes the best and brings such an exciting vibe to the mall when I can smell that smell in the morning

I had the Hot dog nuggets and the Pepperoni Nuggets!! I topped it ALL off with a Lemonade Mixer!! In PEACH!! SO good!! I enhanced my order with the cheese dip and cream cheese. Other than the cheese being WAY too salty for me....everything was WONDERFUL!!!

Ordered online. Went to the Co there to ask about. All of the employees looked at each other when someone asked about it. It was evident that it wasn't startedOne woman asked how long it would be "7 minutes.". One turned to us and said it would be a few minutes.Maybe if the employees weren't standing around talking all day they would do their job. I don't know why they have 6 people running a tiny stand but also why not a single one of them can pay attention to doing their jobs

Ordered 2 pretzels at 6:22, wasn’t told they weren’t ready at the time I ordered. It is now 6:48 and I still have no pretzels. This is a really long time to wait for pretzels. Already paid so this is my annoying fate.
