I always loved this pretzel place. This one specifically has very courteous employees. However i think asking for tips on the pay screen is wildly inappropriate. If I'm tipping I'm putting it in your hand , and generally I'm being seated and served. This is not to say anything about the quality of food ,location or employees. All that is fantastic ❤️

I was already having a bad day but I ordered the mini pretzel hot dogs and they weren’t even cooked well when I bite into it, it was all doughy and nasty they said 10 minutes but it’s supposed to cook 15-18 minutes that’s why it wasn’t cooked well and all doughy

Every time I come here, it's 10 minutes to get something that I want. Why don't they produce the whole menu and have it ready? Otherwise great.
