Service was good but the food quality went to pot im not surprised this location closed permanently

Announced on Monday, June 8, 2020 the corporate office has permanently closed this location. Not sure why TripAdvisor insist on writing more words when this restaurant is simply closed.

Not a good look ? for your restaurant when you have a picture on this site, of molded strawberries in your photos. Azars/ Big Boy holds a lot of good childhood memories for us. Since no one answers the phone not sure if you are open for sit down eating, yet. ? you soon!

The home of the Big Boy Hamburger! Consistent, Great burger served on the famous Sesame Seed bun with bacon, lettuce and tomato. I would have given a 5 star rating had the burger been served with the West Coast Big Boy Thousand Island Dressing. The Onion Rings and Chocolate Milk Shake really helped to make up for the thousand Island Dressing loss. GREAT LUNCH.

Usually a 5 star place but we were disappointed today. Slow service, nothing like in the past. Some of our food was overdone but my main complaint is about the temperature inside. It was cool in there at first but then the heat? kicked in and we were instantly freezing, the vent must have been directly in front of our table. We had to ask for our check, which nobody asked us how we wanted to split it so I ended up paying the entire bill because I was freezing and wanted to get out into the balmy 40 degree air to warm up.

For a restaurant that wasn't busy at 4:30, we waited 30 minutes for our food that ended up cold, our 1st refill didn't come until we got our food. And even then waited longer in-between services of that. My first time at Big Boy was a Big Disappointment.

Don't use a Discover card! Had to use two cards before I was told we don't take discover. They don't have a sign saying that so it's fun walking up there being embarrassed thinking your card is declined. And the food sucked along with the service! Won't not recommend.

Very poor service. The waitress was doing her best. The female manager went back to the kitchen and stood there. We were there almost 2 hrs. My brother-in-law got up and walked out. The manager didn't even come over and talk to us. I Azars future very dim. This was our last visit.
Whoa. These are the best pancakes. Like, ever.I've been here multiple times, at different times of the day, and it's not just a fluke. These...really are the best pancakes. Go figure.

Brought burnt onion rings. She didn't know why they're like that but she would take it off our bill because they are raw inside. Fish was the same way. Reg tea instead of sweet tea ordered. Didn't get our hot fudge cake at all. Waited forever so just have up. The next table got as huge platter of onion rings that were fine. She told us they were not able to make them right.

Restaurant was clean and had an excellent server. You could tell the burger was precooked and kept under warmer, fries were hot at least. Purchased a whole coconut cream pie to take home as we have done on the past. After arriving home which is an hour drive, my husband cut himself a piece. He ask me to taste, this should of told me there was a problem with it because this man eats anything without a complaint. It was the nastiest pie I have ever eaten, filling like glue with a sour taste. Have lost two customers!

Well very slow. They are out of a lot of items. They also are not keeping to the hours posted on the doors or even the holiday hours thay have. Service was slow. Food was good. But just wondering if they are going out or business??
