Completely overpriced and under-staffed. You are going to pay almost double for what you would pay for a better burger at other places nearby. It wasn’t that busy but staff were slow and unorganized. Not somewhere I’ll go again. I’d recommend all kinds of other places over this restaurant.

Pretty good food. Booth seats need reapolstered, table was sticky towards the wall of the booth near condiments sit, like it never gets scrubbed. Haven't been there in 10 years maybe. Disappointed that the train didn't run. Employee's not in uniform. No name tags.

Their Santa Fe nachos are the best! Highly recommend!

It has become WAY overpriced for what it is. They’re trying to be this premium burger joint and it just isn’t even close. $18 for a burger that’s worse than 5 guys? $18 for a pizza, again you 2 pizzas at dominos are better tasting than this for the same price. Service was good but won’t be going back.

Usually have good experiences here but our last one , not the best . We both purchased burgers, (one turkey &1 single reg.)both were on the salty side ! Especially the turkey burger , almost like the seasoning slipped outta hand . I usually go for just that sandwich.. not sure I'll return _ unfortunately. To bad the portions are pretty decent

This time the bar itself wasn’t as dirty as it has been in previous visits. I’ve had ok service at tables and bar experiences ranging from good to shameful but tonight really stands out as the worst excuse for service I’ve experienced. It’s pathetic when Waffle House has more to offer than a place that pretends to be a real restaurant. We greeted the bartender, who then turned away from us without a word. When I asked for a Bombay Sapphire, she was confused so my friend had to explain that it’s gin. Well, they don’t have it anymore at this full-service bar but they have well gin or Hendricks. Fine. I was surprised that it wasn’t as overpriced as the food, but that isn’t saying much. The bartender asked us what we wanted, then asked us to repeat because she was on her phone with an earbud in and couldn’t hear us. This went on the entire hour or so we were there. When paying with a card, the automatic lowest you can hit is 18% and that was insulting. If your bartender is manning a suicide hotline, for Pete’s sake, give her the night off. Otherwise, get your employees off their phones. My friend tried to order a drink three times but bartender was too busy on the phone. I can’t imagine treating anyone like this and then expecting a tip. It was the last time we will go and we won’t be doing lunch groups there, either. The management of this place is only fit for Kitchen Nightmares.

I wouldn't go here again. Other than the service, I was highly disappointed with the food. It wasn't unique. The food didn't have any flavor. The fries had a weird aftertaste. And the sodas were funky, too. For a Saturday evening, there were hardly any guests, so maybe people are aware of the sub-par food already. Our waitress was really attentive and nice, so I appreciate that.
