I really enjoyed the service the atmosphere and the good, it was my birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate it.
This is a great dinner for any occasion!

Service was very good. Staff was great. Restaurant was very nice. Food was average. Everything came out luke warm and not hot. For being a “scratch kitchen” that was odd.
I took my mother here for her birthday. It had a nice relax atmosphere and the food was quite delicious. We went during brunch time and my mother enjoyed her onion soup.

Best Food and Service in town! We live on the SW side of FT WAYNE. Although we have a lot of great restaurants on this side of town nothing beats BAKER STREET!
Food was great! Out waitress (Megan) was phenomenal!!
We started with the crab cakes for appetizers and ordered the 14-oz ribeye, 6-oz filet mignon, and lobster tails for our main entrées. Our sides included broccoli, mashed potatoes, lobster bisque soup, and chili. Overall, the food was very good — the lobster bisque was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The pretzel bread with the cinnamon-flavored butter was superb, and both steaks and the lobster were cooked to perfection.
The mashed potatoes were the only real disappointment — they were lumpy and cold. Another issue was with my date’s cocktail. I ordered a sangria, which was amazing. However, his Long Island Iced Tea tasted more like a cola (Coke or Pepsi) and had no noticeable alcohol flavor. Our waitress, Ashley, was super nice and attentive, but when we mentioned the drink issue, she became somewhat defensive and explained it had three ounces of liquor. The manager never came to our table to address the concern, which was disappointing.
Despite that, the restaurant had an amazing ambiance and overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent aside from the few issues mentioned. That’s why I’m giving four stars instead of five. I would still highly recommend Backstreet Steakhouse — just maybe skip the Long Island Iced Tea and ask for your mashed potatoes hot!

Donovan did a great job taking care of us. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The sea bass was delicious. We also enjoyed the bananas Foster. It was a tasty end to a great meal and great service.
Service was great, which speaks to their hiring good people and training, since our server was new. The house salad was decent and the dressing good. My walleye was very tasty and large. My wife's medallions were delicious as well. We ended the evening with their delicious carrot cake, which was complementary because it was a special occasion. Our setting was quiet because we were in the side room. The main dining room is noisier.
The service was fantastic. The servers were very helpful and prompt.

This place is… AMAZING! A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny. The service was top notch, the food was the best, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Hoping to be back some time soon.
