They got my order wrong but it was still really good. There was only one cook and they were trying to do everything themselves, they still did a great job.

One of my favorite haunts as well as one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Wayne. Have came to this location since 2018.

Chicken enchiladas were pressure...and french fries were just right also....and the waiter Jeremy is the plug when it comes to customer service...kind n very respectful and chill spot to snag a bite!

This restaurant has went downhill. The menu is half the size it used to be and I swear twice as expensive. Our bill was $60 for 2 meals and 1 appetizer which is pretty expensive for off brand Mexican food. We sat next to a booth where someone had spilled food and it still hadn’t been cleaned up by the time we left! Our waiters name was John and he was very nice and seemed like he was making the best out of a bad situation.

We've been to Bandidos for ages. We've frequented at all Locations as we are always on the go and loved the Queso before it was changed the past two + years. The past 5 years we've seen this place slowly diminish in quality and service. Service isn't always bad. But when you call ahead and get told they close at 8PM and arrive at 7 just to drive 30 minutes and see a sign saying closed early due to slow business. its very upsetting. ESP calling before you head out. We have given each location except the Georgetown a try. We particularly went to Waynedale, Glenbrook and Illinois when it was around (RIP) Our last and final time of going was in July 2022 for my fiancé Birthday and we brought my 2 year old son. Ordered him chicken strips/tenders. That was "experiment and the server informed us these were what kids his age particularly liked". My dog is on a strict chicken rice and vegetable diet and I would not even feed her this chicken pieces. Not only were they under cooked / not cooked fully. They arrived cold. We informed him of this. He said again the same statement above not comprehending that the FOOD would be bad to eat. The yellow queso is not like it used to be tastes entirely different and is cold 95% of the time. The ground beef added to the queso is burnt, and rarely fresh or new. The nachos vary in stage of life and usually come out tough, dry, cold and not even enjoyable. Many other "Authentic" Mexican Restaurants in the area you can get a pretty good rate of around 98% similar or same quality every time you visit them. Bandidos for us ordering just the most basic meals ever has been horrible. Build your own nachos with just cheese, queso, ground beef and beans is NOT hard to make fresh and NOT COLD and the nachos tough / have been sitting in the open cold air for god knows. Queso coming out cold like it was just bought at Meijer in the chips and cracker isle and popped open into a bowl and served with some random garnish and some meat that's been sitting in a pan is NOT good! You attempt to give criticism on social Media. Manager Megan goes to the extent of informing you that YOUR not a current customer and she doesn't expect you to come back and then in return she goes to the EXTENT of calling you an idiot!! This is the Waynedale businesses that make Waynedale a joke. Its sad that a locally owned establishment whose family has ran it for ages hands the reigns down to the younger ones and ruin it. Sorry but its the truth. You can have "LOYAL" and "SAME" clients all the time. But those will slowly diminish as we are NOT here forever on this planet. And if you ever want to see the business get better and not continually go downhill and close locations and shut down areas of the restaurant like they've been doing. Than something needs to change drastically.

We've come to this location on several occasions to retry and hope for the best. The past 8 have been horrible. Food comes out cold. Queso is ever-changing. The food attempted to be served to my son the last time was absolutely despicable. As the waiter sadly had to try and attempt to "sell" the food he told us that they had "Experimented" and "Tested" Chicken strips with kids and this piece was the "Desired" one among all tested and "kids" liked it. Not only was it not cooked all the way, but my dog also wouldn't touch it. We've also called an hour + ahead and asked what time they're open till and told 8PM. We drove 30 minutes to this location to arrive at 7PM and see a note stating "We've closed early due to slow business". The build-your-own nachos are hit or miss. Ground Beef is either cold or it's just the chips being extremely tough/soggy and the food coming out cold. The Yellow Queso has no consistency it's changed so many times. When you go to a Mexican restaurant you expect consistency as many do consistently keep it the same. Every time we go to any other we have a 98% rate of the same service, and great food. With every Bandidos, we've done/gone to it's been very horrible. We used to go to Illinois Rd, and then we used Glenbrook Mall as well as this one. Extremely sad. When we expressed extreme disgust with what we've seen manager Megan decided to attack me personally, call me an idiot and ignorant. As well as ex employee Samantha Shaw stated I was ignorant as well for providing feedback on the constant horrible service from what we've had. Everyone has stated opinions and when 10 ppl agree with you and the only 3 or 4 not are also employees. That speaks volumes. Especially the customers leaving the review. I don't see Bandidos continuing its legacy at this time with the abundance of failures in the quality of food. I love local we go to Cebollas regularly. It kills and my fiance to see such a wonderful restaurant get killed by the lack of empathy and the employees and managers absolutely running it into the ground. As someone whose been in the food industry it disgusts me what I've seen served. I didn't even want to leave a bad review bc I hate doing those things. But after the comments from the Manager of this Place and the employees. Somethings got to change.

Was better than we had heard. I had Build Your Own Burrito. Hubby has the other.

I was charged $18.88 for nachos that came in a little round metal container definitely not worth the price, I was charged extra for lettuce and $ 1.79 for the container cause I ordered carry out which by the way they labeled it as gratuity on my receipt. I don’t recommend this place especially not carry out they give you about half the size they would give you if you dine in and charge extra for not bringing your own containers.

I realize covid has taken it's toll on more than just people's lives. But, i also think many companies are taking advantage by raising prices/skimping on product. I believe this is the case here. My family has been enjoying Bandidos for decades. I was at work craving nachos and Bandidos is 6 minutes away. I ordered online. $15 nachos seems a bit high. I was hoping maybe it would be a lot so i had leftovers for the next day. Also hoped I'd get a small container of salsa. NOPE on both of those hopes. And, not even a plastic fork or napkin in the bag. There's nothing wrong with the quality. Very tasty, not too salty. But, not worth $15. The parking lot was at least half full at 6pm. During the week when i drive past, they're busy, so they're not hurting for business. I've been tipping on carry out since covid began, but I've definitely experienced most places no longer deserve a tip on carryout because they're not doing a very good job on orders. I almost tipped when i ordered, but didn't. Very glad i didn't. This is an expensive nachos.

Attention Owner: Look at your failing business and make some better choices. 1. Get some recipes that are actually tasty, and consistent. 2. Hire actual friendly staff who can at least act like yours is a good place to work. 3. Learn how to build customer loyalty by giving value for their money. You DO NOT get to raise your prices 30% AND reduce the portion size AND limit the quality at the same time. I used to be a regular pre-COVID and always had good service, great custom-made margs, and the nacho platter which had enough of everything on it. This past weekend, Friday night, I took my elderly sister there for dinner. There were almost no cars, very few customers inside, and still service was minimal. The hot salsa, which I used to like, was almost as bland as the mild: no chunks of peppers, onions, or anything but a sloppy tomato base. My nacho bowl was minimal in size with exactly 4 slices of jalapeños on it. Couldn't even find or taste the cheese sauce so I had to order additional which I had to pay for. Get it together, man! Your business is failing and clearly everyone is voting with their feet. SMDH.

They were short on staff but the staff they had worked hard to meet all are needs and questions. Food was very good.
