The absolute worst empty store and still waited 45 min for a coffee

Went to get some ice cream. They told me they had none. Said they had a few sherbet options, but no ice cream. This is the second time this month this has happened. I I tried to call ahead this time, but of course no one answered.

We went in to get the signature scoops advertised with the rainbow sherbet with gummy bears. The ladies working the counter were complaining the whole time we were in the store and talked very poorly to a man with a language barrier. She said “I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.” The man and his son felt awkward and left. She saw our order on the screen and said “ I don’t know what a signature scoop is. What is it?” I explained to her what it was supposed to be and she told me they were out of gummy bears. They were then talking about our orders right in front of us how we placed the order on a kiosk. But we went with the kiosk because upon entering the girl said she would be right with us, then did not acknowledge us after that. We decided we just wanted to leave and asked for a refund. She told us she was not able to issue refunds and to come back another day to try and get one. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was appalled at how bad this experience was.

They're out of basically everything and the doughnuts are awful dry. Won't be surprised when they close permanently. Don't waste your time or money.

We came to this location to get cappi blasts of which they were unfortunately unable to make. The gal that helped us was able to find the perfect substitute and was so sweet! The young man at the window was also very friendly. We appreciate the good service today! 6/7/25 around 9:40 am. I wanted to make sure I recognized their service and pleasant attitudes! Its hard to come by these days.

We got a picture cake done here for my birthday and whoever did this cake 100% understood the assignment. I'm so so so happy with this

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before getting any service, employees in the back are hootin' and hollering, ignoring customers. I know it's this place is already a low bar, but I think it's just gotten even lower. Won't be coming back.

Placed my order on the app only to get there and they were out of one of the products needed for the drink I ordered. Why not show it unavailable on the app? Felt like a bait and switch because they couldn't cancel the order so I was stuck getting a different option I didn't want. I used to come 3-4 times a week, but it go to the point they acted like it was a chore to make it. Now, I won't be back. I'll buy the stuff myself and make it before returning.

Ice cream here is always great. The oreo mocha milkshake was phenomenal. Service was great and quick.

I haven't ate at Baskin Robbins in many years because they closed down in my area. I was excited to stop and get an ice cream and milk shake and it's the as good as I remember. I ordered a strawberry milk shake and I cannot confirm that what I received. It was completely white and didn't taste like anything.

i literally travelled 18 MILES ROUND TRIP for what i expected to be a vanilla shake. but it was more like crystalized milk with a what finally appeared to be possibly a small scoop of icecream at the bottom of the cup. DO BETTER.

Ice cream tasted spoiled. They replaced my cone with another flavor without hassling me. Staff was okay, they were present and timely. I can't picture myself going back. Food wasn't worth the disappointment in terms of cost time and calories. Oh the coffee WAS tasty, so there is that.
