I haven't ate at Baskin Robbins in many years because they closed down in my area. I was excited to stop and get an ice cream and milk shake and it's the as good as I remember. I ordered a strawberry milk shake and I cannot confirm that what I received. It was completely white and didn't taste like anything.

i literally travelled 18 MILES ROUND TRIP for what i expected to be a vanilla shake. but it was more like crystalized milk with a what finally appeared to be possibly a small scoop of icecream at the bottom of the cup. DO BETTER.

Ice cream tasted spoiled. They replaced my cone with another flavor without hassling me. Staff was okay, they were present and timely. I can't picture myself going back. Food wasn't worth the disappointment in terms of cost time and calories. Oh the coffee WAS tasty, so there is that.

Placed a pickup order this afternoon and The staff and manager at this location are the hardest working people you’ll find. They were slammed with an insane amount of customers and like always - they get everything right, every time! I appreciate all of you!

Today we tried to door dash two shakes from here and they didn't have the ice cream flavors for the shakes they offered on the door dash menu. first of all don't offer those flavors then if you can't fulfill them. In today's world of modern technology yes that is possible, if you are unable to digitally update your menu you probably shouldn't participate in food delivery services.But then instead of trying to work with us and offer other flavors they were acting irritated with the door dasher, listed about two flavors and then just told her the manager was cancelling our order. We weren't event offered a call or the time of day. I tried calling the store and got voicemail.First time trying the Baskin Robbin's here in Fort Wayne and it will definitely be the last. Now I know why I never hear of them to be quite frank.

Should have known when there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. Out of waffle bowls & cones. Ok fine. Got a 2 scoop & a 3 scoop. They were literally the size of a home ice cream scoop. 5 tiny scoops of ice cream for $15. Baskin Robbins should be ashamed of themselves for charging that much for such tiny portions.

The cake online advertised is not anywhere comparable to what you get. Details missing in the cake, the simplest thing to put on a cake 21 they could not even do that. I paid 30 dollars for an ice cream cake which was the size of an ice cream pint which was supposed to feed over 6 people. I should have read reviews before I ordered, it seems they have a trend for their cakes not being the best I guess. GO TO DQ IT IS BETTER!!
