A lady from NY was selling me a car and I'm from Jersey so I know she knows what I'm looking for in a pizza. She sent me here 😍. Atmosphere kind of dark and asleep for a lunch rush but the pizza was FANTASTIC!!! I wish I had only got one slice! I really liked the original cheese. The white one with the basil I didn't care much for sadly. A+ on your cheese slice though. Just want to say since this day we made the 30 minute trip back for another slice 😁

I was downtown today and there were so many events going on. I happened to walk by Big Apple Pizza - never even knew it existed. I decided to go in and check it out. It smelled so good. Took a look at the menu decided that I’m gonna take a couple pieces of pizza home after this great afternoon. Ordered and went to the register to pay and I could not find my wallet. I searched through every pocket I had which was only two and I could not find it and I told the guy behind the counter that I’m sorry and to canceled my order. He pulled out his own credit card and paid for my pizza and pop. I kept insisting that he didn’t have to do that and he was so nice and wished me luck finding my wallet. Just got home and ate the pizza and IT WAS SO GOOD! (And I found my wallet!) Thank you Big Apple Pizza! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

While walking around the city we decided to stop here for a slice of pizza. The immediate smell of fresh pizza as you approached the door was a good sign. Fortunately, there was only one other couple dining here at the time. We enjoyed our pizza sitting outside. It was a nice day to people watch and enjoy the weather. We’ll certainly have to stop back again.

They sent my brother a cold pizza that was damaged. He paid $80 for the pizza. It was not serviceable to his children. When he reached out to have the situation corrected, he was turned away without any kind of recompense. No refund. No new pizza. No apology.
First of all, $80 for pizza is ridiculous.
Second, if a customer reaches out to you, they are giving you the chance to correct a bad experience with a good one. When you turn them away and say there’s nothing that you can do, you have not only lost one customer, but you’ve lost a customer from anyone that knows them.
Finally, I’ve spoken to other people that have ordered from there, and they also said that their food experience was disappointing.
Needless to say, Big Apple Pizza is a joke. I would rather give my money to Domino’s, which I swore I would never order once I graduated from college.

Best N.Y. Type Pizza in Indiana. We were impressed with the facility and kindness of the staff. Pizza was the best part, it was incredible. We live an hour away, but this will be our new go to Pie.

The pizza was burned. It was overcooked. The toppings were not even spread out over the pie. It was very dry. There was not a lot of crust. The Female employees were continuously talking. Service was slow. The restaurant is dark. There's no music. Just rude children gossiping while burning people's pizza's. I could have gotten 4 pizza's from Domino's or Pizza Hut. Instead I chose a small business. I got 2 expensive over-baked-pizza's. BIG APPLE IS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I FINISHED THE BURNT PIZZA. YOU GET TWO STARS.

Born and raised in PA, it's hard to find good NY style pizza around here. So glad we stopped here because this pizza was on point! The margh pizza was fantastic! I'll be trying others next time we're in the Fort.
