They sent my brother a cold pizza that was damaged. He paid $80 for the pizza. It was not serviceable to his children. When he reached out to have the situation corrected, he was turned away without any kind of recompense. No refund. No new pizza. No apology. First of all, $80 for pizza is ridiculous. Second, if a customer reaches out to you, they are giving you the chance to correct a bad experience with a good one. When you turn them away and say there’s nothing that you can do, you have not only lost one customer, but you’ve lost a customer from anyone that knows them. Finally, I’ve spoken to other people that have ordered from there, and they also said that their food experience was disappointing. Needless to say, Big Apple Pizza is a joke. I would rather give my money to Domino’s, which I swore I would never order once I graduated from college. Do better!

The pizza was burned. It was overcooked. The toppings were not even spread out over the pie. It was very dry. There was not a lot of crust. The Female employees were continuously talking. Service was slow. The restaurant is dark. There's no music. Just rude children gossiping while burning people's pizza's. I could have gotten 4 pizza's from Domino's or Pizza Hut. Instead I chose a small business. I got 2 expensive over-baked-pizza's. BIG APPLE IS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I FINISHED THE BURNT PIZZA. YOU GET TWO STARS.

Born and raised in PA, it's hard to find good NY style pizza around here. So glad we stopped here because this pizza was on point! The margh pizza was fantastic! I'll be trying others next time we're in the Fort.

The pizza is some of the best in Fort Wayne, but $24.00 for 4 slices is beyond ridiculous. You’re pricing out your clientele!✌️out Big Apple, it was fun while it lasted. Sams Club cafe here I come!

Stopped by for a couple of slices and a soda. Chose to sit outside and enjoy the mild fall weather. Service was prompt, and the New York-style pizza was delicious. I’ll definitely be back again!

Ordering slices through a glass case. Pizza is insanely greasy. Probably the cheese. Inside was hot. Sat outside. No napinks or anything outside. So, I took some from inside.
Food tasted ok. But not worth the experience or the grease I soaked up with napkins. Sorry won't be back anytime soon.

Definitely one of the best pizzas in town. No matter what pizza you get, you got to add the ricotta cheese!

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options.

They have great NY style pizza and a great location downtown but quite annoying them wanting to charge 52 cents for a cup of tap water.....come on, that's ridiculous.
