We went into the restaurant. I ordered the large sandwich for $7.50 and my mom ordered the small sandwich for $6.50. When she pointed out that she was charged $7.00 for the small sandwich, the employee started arguing with her saying the charge is right there on the receipt and that it is correct. It was not. It was $7.00 plus $.56 tax for a total of $7.56. When I got the attention of another employee the first employee shouted put it in the register and you will see I didn’t over charge her! The register (again) came up at $7 plus tax. I was told that the menu was wrong and that the $7 charge is correct. The first employee started screaming that she couldn’t take it anymore and had to go outside! She stayed out for several minutes while nobody was waited on until she decided her temper tantrum was over, she would put her big girl panties on and returned to work. Dinner and a show and it only cost us an extra 50 cents!

Fish and tartar sauce are good. Service is questionable. Called to place a carry out order was asked if I could hold, which was ok. Problem was that the phone was put down and forgotten and not picked up until I’d arrived and let the person at the counter know she could hang it up. That was a good 10 or 15 minutes after I’d placed the call. No apology beyond a half hearted ‘sorry bout that’.

The staff is always friendly! This place has the best fish and chicken tenders!
First of all, shame on me for not getting fish from a fish place. Busy day at work so we got an order to go for the office. Mine was a ham sandwich. TERRIBLE! One measly slice from a cheap lunch meat package. The whole sandwich couldn't have cost them 25 cents. Called and left on hold until I hung up. Just a joke!

I love Big Eyed Fish. The service is great. This time I had their fish sandwich. I usually get a meal because I love their hush puppies. This location is connected to a gas station. So what I usually do is go to the gas station for my drink. They almost have any drink that you could want in the world to pick from.
