Only giving a one star. Traveled six miles to pick up order. 3 piece dinner with fries and hush puppies. Got home and opened dinner. No fries. Tried calling and after ringing about ten times phone automatically disconnected. The food I did get was delicious .

Always the best fish and tartar sauce, amazing staff that works super hard, prices on fish have been creeping up over the years, so we can't go as often, but I will be back and definitely recommend!

Well I have to say the last couple of times haven't been how it use to be. They definitely over fry the chicken in the chicken dinners. The breast wasn't too bad. They should fry it 1st then put other pieces in a few minutes later. Also like everywhere else prices have risen and the prices on the 2 drive thru menus had 2 different prices. To be honest I will probably drive to the Wells St. location from now on and hopefully they are still the same as they always have been 🤞

Older lady who looks like they tan too long at Planet Fitness was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE!!

I asked for my burger to be Felix because I like to have lettuce tomato pickles and mayo on ALL my burgers no matter what they already have on it.. she made me feel stupid for ordering it that way, in my suprise even tho I asked and payed for the additional toppings I still received it however she wanted it to come..

What happened to customer service?????

I ordered 2 meals to go and both were delicious. The white fish was rather large and flaky and cooked to perfection. The bluegill was also phenomenal! Both came with sides, green beans which were seasoned just right, baked potato and a nice size fresh garden salad! We'll definitely order again.

The fish was cooked to fast and was tough. The bake potato was cooked two days ago at least and warmed up and served today 09/27/2025. When I asked the girl at the counter to ask the cooks when the baked potato was cooked, I got no reply. They just looked at me.. The service is terrible.one day we went in there and they were closing in half an hour and they had an attitude and served us with plastic utensils, and paper plate. The hush puppies were half cooked. My husband‘s fries were stale and cold and had given him six fries on a so-called dinner of $13 and some change. We definitely will not go back there and I do advise people to stay away. The cooks cannot cook and the girls they have working there have bad attitudes and all they’re thinking about is getting off work and getting out the door.

I felt the food was mediocre. Service was not bad, through tje drive through, but we asked them to put plastic silverware in our bag and they forgot. We had to go inside to get it, after pulling around to leave.

Ordered the big eyed burger, it says on the menu it comes with bacon, mushroom, grilled onions, and Swiss cheese. This is what I got…
I was really excited to try somewhere new, but what a disappointment. They didn’t even put cheese on it. 😭😂

Great food with a wide selection. Fair prices. My go to place for fish in Fort Wayne.

I’ve had better service from here today was just horrible. I called and spoke with manager Maria and she just said it’s always served like this. Not sure what’s going on but today’s service was awful.
