Went to get coffee this morning and couldn't decide what to get. Jadienne was very helpful and gave me great recommendations. Anytime I go get coffee she is always in a great mood and very respectful. Very polite and is always positive. Great employee at biggby.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, I was greeted and helped right away and the matcha was made perfectly both time I ordered it. The inside isn't what I expected, you walk in and it honestly looks like its attached to a school or college. Not very warm and welcoming or business

I went through the drive through a few weeks ago on the way to work. They messed up my order so I called. They were very nice about it and offered me a free drink in the future. Today I went in and remembered that I had a few drink coming. The manager gave me my free coffee, which was perfect, but she was curt and dismissive. So today only the poor lady trying to get my order was sweet.

I had an outstanding experience at BIGGBY Coffee this morning. The store had run out of one of the items in my order, but the team went above and beyond to make things right. They were upfront, kind, and genuinely showed empathy for their customers. I wasn’t upset at all because their effort and professionalism stood out from the start. They worked together to offer a great alternative and made sure I still left happy. I really appreciated how they handled the situation, and I’m definitely coming back. Excellent service all around

I was so exicted to have a biggby open here because its 5 minutes down the road. The drinks and food are always good and the workers are friendly. However the service is very slow. I had a typical experience this morning pulled right up and ordered, had to repeat my order a few times cause they didn't hear me right. There were 2 cars waiting at the window in front of me. I waited in line for 15 minutes more than 5 of those just sitting at the window. I ordered one drink I don't understand why it takes that long. At any other chain by the time I pull up to the window my drink is ready or I may wait 1-2 minutes.

I love Bigby. But I just want to say I asked my husband to get me a coffee and a bagel sandwich at 7pm tonight (I’m a twin mom who’s just trying to finish the day hahaha) and he got them for me. He said there was a girl working alone there when he stopped by and I just wanted to come here to say she made my coffee and bagel sandwich EXTRA good and it gave me the boost I needed. I love and appreciate that girl. Thank you for your service. You deserve a raise. That’s all! Haha

I get it can be a process opening a new location with a fully new staff but the I could have driven to the Illinois road location and back with how long we sat waiting and please do not ask me to tip if I'm going to be waiting this long.
10/22/25 Edit: it's clear they've gotten the process down and wait times are tremendously shorter. I also don't think I've ever encountered an employee that isn't smiling and ready to ask how your day is going. Updated star review from 2 to 5
Teagan & Nia were AWESOME! As well as the whole bluffton staff! Don't call my bluff in bluffton because when it comes to their customer service they're not bluffing 😀😆❤️
