Delicious ramen! We loved both our shoyu and miss bowls. The shop was quaint and actually has a very cozy dining area. The staff were friendly, and the entire meal was delightful. The take out bowls were very nice for ramen.

We had a great lunch date at Bili Bistro. My husband is a ramen lover and was very satisfied with their ramen options but also the portion of noodles and flavor of the broth. We will be repeat dinners.

Super delicious pho and curry. The people are very friendly. This is my favorite!!!
Atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Food was alright. I’m from Houston, TX where asian restaurants are abundant, authentic, and relatively affordable. I’d say for the bowl I got (Miso Shrimp Tempura Tonkotsu) it was just okay. Soup didn’t have a deep flavor, shrimp to tempura batter ratio was good, my egg didn’t have the best color I expected. For the price it would’ve been nice to have more toppings. Overall, it is decent but I’ve experienced better. The service and atmosphere is great though, and I love supporting local businesses. If they improve their recipes, this would be a great spot!

The Fried Ramen “to-“go was like a brick of dried instant ramen, no sauce, a couple of pieces of meat and a complete disappointment from the first time we had it. I DO NOT recommend ordering “to-go”.

The real headline here for anyone of a basic moral backbone is that they were playing AI-generated music. For that alone, I will never be darkening their door again. There are few faster ways to eliminate my trust in your establishment than to platform the systematic eradication of the human creative spirit. Do better and at least pretend to have a conscience. I'm sure those with less strict morals than I about this issue will feel emboldened to come by anyway, but I'd still advise against it:
The service was minimal, which I typically like. Quick to refill my drink, but not frequent enough with checking in multiple times to annoy me.
The food was uninteresting. I ordered pork shoyu ramen and a side of takoyaki, my favorite. Neither was exciting; the ramen lacked much flavor, the takoyaki was pretty disappointing, and the price on top of it all was even more of a letdown. I haven't had a good bowl of ramen in months after moving here, and it seems I'm still on the hunt for a great bowl. I'm sure there's better in this town so I don't have much of an excuse to come back here.

There was either string or hair in my food. All I ordered was vegetables

The broth didn't taste right. And the noodles were overcooked.
Ramen was barely a step above microwave ramen.
Bamboo shoots were very undercooked, and the broth wasn't very rich or creamy.
More of a soup than a ramen.
The potstickers were decent.

Been here at least a dozen times, when they first opened the food was exceptional - the last few times the food has been very bland. The service has a very, “the employees could care less feel”.
