Birrieria La Cabaña Mexican Restaurant

I came for lunch around 11:30ish. The restaurant gets really busy around noon so expect to wait a lil bit for your food. My first time here was years ago and it was not very impressive. This is the 2nd time and it was amazing. I got my birria tacos with goat meat and it was so juicy. Chips and queso was also very good! Chips were homemaded and queso was perfect. Would definitely comeback to get the birria tacos again!

Absolutely delicious every time

Do not sleep on this place. As a Fort Wayne native and lover of little hole in the wall taco places, I have been every where in town. This place is the best. The birria is cooked perfectly. The portion sizes are big and the prices are right. I had the birriaqulies and my husband had the tacos, both were delicious. We will be back!

First time going, does not disappoint! Tried their birria pizza, it was so good! Also ordered a torta, chimichanga, tacos and birria chilaquiles. We had enough left over for dinner as well! Will be coming back! Thank you

The restaurant is sweltering, but the service is very good. The staff is friendly.

This place is amazing. Food is authentic and delicious. We had the barria pizza, tacos and guacamole. The guacamole is freshly made and so flavorful. The pizza was incredible and then packed full of flavors. Loved the soup paired with it as well! We actually used it to dip. Marie was our lovely server and radiated joy!! She was attentive and helpful with our choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and ended up talking a while with Marie after eating. Definitely worth it!!!

It was bad experience.
I ordered the Nachos.
The Nachos was cooked either an year ago or the oil used was very very old or bad. Felt rather unhygienic. The Nachos were not at all fresh.
I went there yesterday and i still sick even after 24 hours.
You guys better fix that.
And speaking about service,
The service was good.
No worries there.
The ambience was good too.
But the food really needs to improve.
I went there reading a lot of good reviews. Buy yeah, I was disappointed.

I ended up returning it, and they charged me for it!

My review is towards the staff and has nothing to
do with the food however, your cashier is the face of the restaurant. She has a bad attitude and has no manners towards elders every single time I place an order, in person or on the phone. She constantly hangs up the phone, or leaves you on hold. You have one job to punch in orders and you can’t even do that. Get a new job if you are so miserable.
