Aaron, chef and owner, is the real deal in the food world. The vibe is cozy, artistic yet refined. All of the dishes are fantastic. We recently had the southern special at the saturday brunch with the tarte au sucrw for dessert, both fabulous.

Great little place! The Nota Salad was delicious and HUGE! The Beef Stroganoff was also delicious! The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was really nice.

I'm here from out of town so I looked at reviews for great food and wound up here. It was a little cautious because I walked into a Sparsely populated restaurant.., But with fabulous smells...

And then… Wow. It ordered three small plates and they were extraordinary. I want to come back tomorrow night and the next night and the next night. Unfortunately, I'm only here for conference. I need to leave tomorrow.

Eat here, you won't regret it

We had heard good things about this restaurant, so we decided to drop by on a Saturday evening. Really nice interior with about 15 tables or so. We ordered a bottle of fantastic chewy Bodega Pablo Fallabrino - Uruguay Tannat 2018. For dinner we ordered the beef tenderloin and the short rib (over polenta-yes please!). Both cooked very well and best meal we had while visiting Ft. Wayne. Our server was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

I had a gift card to use with BN and tonight was the night. Exhausted mom of 4 littles, husband is working OT this month…this was my treat. I was curious how the food would be with carry-out (and service) vs dine-in. I ordered 3 items, the beef teres major, the chocolate cremeux, and the nota tea. The meal was ready right when my pickup time was listed, and the hostess gave me everything in two bags. I walked quickly to my car and decided to take a bite of the entree before driving home.

Guess what?! I didn’t make it home before devouring everything!!! Oh my gosh it was SO GOOD. I’m especially picky about meat, and the beef teres was not chewy, overdone (I ordered medium-rare), or dry. I was very impressed. Both sauces that went with the meal were phenomenal. The dessert was divine. I loved the little shavings of chocolate in the fancy pudding (plus the fresh whipped cream). The tea was great-unsweetened and refreshing. I would 100% order this meal again.
Skip Applebees, you can get a phenomenal meal here for $50.

This may be the best thing the french have ever done. I had the Creole shrimp pasta, and my partner had the beef stroganoff. Food is worth every cent. Flavors are on point, and texture is immaculate. It is very rich, however, so come prepared for a filling meal. Food comes hot and well timed with the table.

The atmosphere is modern, minimal, and tastefully subdued. It's not overly loud, overly bright, or unpleasant. It's quite nice and my baby was enamored with the lighting.

Overall, it's a fantastic experience, and I will be coming back for more of the menu, as I'm sure there isn't a bad choice on it.
