The food was phenomenal! I loved the atmosphere with brick walls and warm orange lighting. Very cozy in the booths and amazing service. We can’t wait to go back for brunch!

Absolutely incredible presentation of takeout food! In town for my son’s soccer tournament and needed more sustenance than pizza with the team. Ordered carry-out as we left the pizza place and picked up on the way back to our hotel. Food was ready very fast for a Saturday night (30ish minutes) and was incredible! We had the petite tenderloin, short ribs, and the blondie. Everything was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely come back if in the area again. My husband also said the restaurant was adorable and the chefs were very friendly.

Best food by far. My husband Had the beef with Baby carrots and fingerling potatoes, I had a Nota salad, The brussels sprout appetizer small plate was amazing, the tuna tart absolutely lovely and delicious. We’ve been here once before, and we will be here until we know everybody’s name! Delightful! A spin per

Excellent experience every time. Some of the best food and service in fort wayne. They do not have a full bar. However, they do have a decent selection of beer and wine. The atmosphere is nice and inviting, and the dishes are all excellent. I like the braised short rib, while my fiance prefers the beef stroganoff. Everything is great, though.

First, service and food quality was very good! Unique menu, not too expensive but also not cheap. A nice place to get together with friends or a special occasion!

We've been wanting to try Bistro Nota for some time but kept forgetting about it. Last night we went and it was amazing. Started with the morel mushrooms that were a special menu item. These are a very unique menu item that you don't see often so we had to try them. Very delicious. Then the Nota salad. Big enough for two which they gladly split. It was cold and crisp. The buttermilk dressing was light but flavorful. We had the beef stroganoff and braised short rib. Both meals were phenomenal. Finished off with the Bistro blondie that lived up to all the hype. Great service in a casual atmosphere with 5-star quality food. We will be back.

We had never been to Bistro Nota before. We were celebrating my birthday and wanted to go somewhere new. The ambiance was great as was the service. We found the food to be lacking. I ordered the Creole Shrimp Pasta. It was extremely salty, could hardly taste the creole spice. My husband had the Beef Stroganoff which was tasteless with bits of beef and beef fat. He described it as beef and noodles in brown gravy. For dessert we had the Bistro Blondie, looks nothing like their picture. The warm toffee sauce surprisingly tasted like sweetened condensed milk, not toffee.
I would not recommend them.

A welcoming and warm setting.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere.
We had a lovely experience at Bistro Nota. The service was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. We ordered the focaccia with cheese, which unfortunately turned out to be extremely salty. However, our server handled it with grace and professionalism. She immediately took it off the bill and, to make up for it, kindly offered us a complimentary dessert. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really makes a difference. We left feeling well taken care of and will definitely return!
I make better food at home. The noddles dishes use noodles that are too wide and long take up way too much of the dishes real estate. Not enough protein in the noodles dishes. They are sadly mostly noodles and not balanced.
I think the entrees cost $10 more than they should and apps cost $5 more than they should. I just had a $105 with tip dinner for two and we only finished half of our entrees because we left all the noodles. Wish I went to Catablu for the same price and had a better meal.
Insanely good food. Great service and vibes. Will be back!
