Very disappointed with this place. Tasteless food , no salt or any seasoning on the burger , chipotle glaze salmon plate was super small portion and very pricey , came out almost cold and barely any glaze . Alfredo chicken pasta tasted like a frozen meal, blend and not much flavor either , chicken as tough .

It was busy but our table wasn't cleaned before we were seated. No silverware. Fish was overcooked. Ordered fries but they never came. Quite expensive given the quality of the food. It was mid to fair.

Awful customer service. Seriously i cannot even describe how bad of an experience this was.

​My recent visit to BJ's was disappointing. A simple request for a medium sirloin steak was met with a well-done piece of meat with a crispy black top. While I understand mistakes can happen, the attempt at a fix was even more baffling: the replacement was an overcooked slab of prime rib 😬. The service only compounded these errors. Our server spilled our sauce, never provided a drink refill, and then, at the end of the meal, failed to provide a pen to sign the check. The combination of kitchen errors, and inattentive service made for one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Management attempted to be helpful, but clearly, the professionalism is non existent at this particular location. Diners Beware!

My walking group had 15 people in it. The staff was great and took care of us . I had a salad it was very fresh and had a mini pizza. I did not hear any complaints from anyone in the group food was very good.

I haven’t been here in a long time but came in with my husband tonight. Our server warned us she was new and this was her first week but she was phenomenal. Her name was Nikki! Our food was also great and of course the Pizookies- amazing!

I love this place until I went there with my boyfriend yesterday and they lady told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. Its now 9:30am the next day and I never received a text saying our table was ready.

Dear BJ's, your restaurant is always freezing! Oye. It's one thing to keep it cool, but every time I have gone in it is probably 7-10 degrees colder than it needs to be.
Your server staff is always great, I love talking to them; they are friendly and make it fun. Your food is good; I'm mostly a salad guy, and I've always liked what I've gotten.
How about we compromise and you turn it up 5 degrees from where it usually is; and I'm a lot more likely to do my business lunches there.

We went in for dinner and were seated within a few mins. We got to the table and the waiter asked for our drinks and said they have ice tea, then proceded to tell us they really only had raspberry tea after my mom ordered ice tea. Our food came out at somewhat of a decent time and it was ok. Big problem lies in the fact both my parents ordered the Thursday special which came with one dessert each. The waiter proceded to only take one of the dessert orders and disappear. Literally half an hour had went by since the waiter cleared our table and said he wad getting our bill. My dad is a Navy Vet and asked to use the Military discount and we had 2 10 dollar rewards we wanted to use. The waiter said it was fine and he would add the discounts. I had to literally walk up to him and ASK for the bill and the dessert we still hadnt recieved in that half hour. He was too busy having a long chat session with one of the other tables. He said he would get it and disappeared into the kitchen. Another 10 minutes went by and my dad literally fell asleep at the table! He finally returned with the bill...WITH NONE OF THE DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS TAKEN OFF!!! We payed and he said he was going to get our dessert and never came back. After 15 mins we decided to just leave. So we got charged full price, wasted almost an extra hour waiting on service, AND never got both desserts that we payed for! Food was ok but if you want to eat in a timely manner DONT EAT HERE!

My fiancé and I love to come here for our date nights. For example, two weeks ago we came in and had wonderful service, food, and overall a great time. But when we came today, we waited a long time for our waitress to greet us. That wasn’t a problem since it was busy. But throughout the evening we seemed almost as a burden to our waitress Elana, instead of welcomed guests. Everything else was wonderful, but it made the experience a little less enjoyable.

We ordered two prime rib weekend deals. The service was great but the food wasn't very good. The appetizers seemed really good though so next time I'll stick to them.

The Broiled 8 oz sirloin was fantastic. Brittany, our waitress was PHENOMENAL. The Stout Beer selection was the only thing that left room for improvement. 4.5 Stars 😍
