They had no air conditioning. It would have been nice to know when we arrived. It felt warm when we arrived, but it was hot outside. Had we known they had no air, we would have chosen to come back another time when they did have it. Customers should have been told upon arrival instead of being seated and figuring it out.

BJ’s was so quick to correct their mistake when we got take out. They forgot an item and we came back they gave us a gift card and our item. The customer service was amazing. I felt cared for and heard. Everyone makes mistakes and they made it right. The food was wonderful! We will definitely be going back!

We arrived approximately 10 minutes early for our reservation but were seated immediately. We received our beverages and appetizer in short order and were allowed to enjoy it before we placed our dinner order. I ordered the sirloin, while my husband ordered the Prime Rib special. My sirloin could have been seasoned while being cooked but was cooked exactly as requested. My husband was told they had no Prime Rib or Pork Chop specials after he had ordered. He was told the prime Rib was still being cooked but the manager decided to serve it to my husband. It wasn't the medium he had asked for, but the server took it back to the kitchen to have it cooked to medium (was still not medium but my husband was able to eat it). It was a various portion and it reheated perfectly the next evening. We made reservations for the following Sunday (Fathers Day). Our only complaint would be we definitely would like to have BJ's come to the Mishawaka, Indiana location because the nearly 2 hour drive is too far to be a regular customer.

I eat here often. After coming here 3-4 times a week with sometimes long and complicated orders tonight there was a hiccup with my order. Not a big one either, but manager Bryan on duty along with the to go team even after you letting them know, it was not anything to make any concern about they treated it like it was more of a inconvenience for them when it wasn’t any, which is rare for a restaurant, especially in Fort Wayne. They went above and beyond and made it right in more ways than one. This is the best team a restaurant could have for customer service and accountability. They have loyal repeat customers because they are repeatedly loyal to their customers and making sure every experience is pleasant. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, Corbin upfront. Can’t say enough about this team.

Brought my family in after hearing great things, and was left with nothing but disappointment. After being seated and forgotten after waiting 10 minutes mention to another waiter and they said someone would be right over, now 20 minutes passed no order taken no drinks brought and only left with hungry children and a feeling of being left at school and not getting picked up 0/5 stars

Went for dinner last night with my wife. Unfortunately not a great experience. First off the air conditioning had it freezing in that place so uncomfortable to begin with. Ashley our server was attentive and friendly but she couldn’t make up for the food. Started with the pretzel and beer cheese appetizer. Nothing special but not bad. I had ordered the sirloin special for Thursdays and wife ordered the chicken Parmesan. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted bitter so it go sent back. My sirloin couldn’t be cooked to medium rare so I ordered medium. Came medium well and half of it was too dry to eat. Chicken Parm was underwhelming and lacked flavor. Chicken was a little rubbery. Then dessert took almost 30 minutes to come out. Brian the manager was very nice and apologetic but overall a very uncomfortable experience and the food quality is mediocre at best. Won’t be going back.

DO NOT GET TAKEOUT FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! Asked for medium rare steak- as shown in picture.. was not med rare. The “loaded” baked potato was not very “loaded”. My boyfriend got the ribeye and was black and burnt to a crisp on the surface and edges. Steamed broccoli was not even steamed!! Raw broccoli. Horrible experience. $64 gone to waste.

I think one star is too many. The service was really terrible. I came with my mother for dinner. I asked the cashier if you take orders. She said yes. After choosing a table, my mother and I sat down Because it was the first time for both of us there. After a long time, we received our order in to go package when I told him we wanted to be here not to go he said you ordered on the front It's for To go and he said I can't do anything for you

we come very often. Weekly... and the bartender/ server Ricky is not nice AT ALL. Always has an attitude, we try to make conversation and nothing but rude. This is VERY frustrating as we spend so much money there. Everyone else is FANTASTIC! Great service when not with her and the food is always excellent.

Decent food, OK service, but the parking lot is a challenge, do you hit the axle buster or car swallowing pot hole???

We are from out of town and Robin and Ricci made our experience fabulous. They were super friendly and had expert recommendations. Cannot recommend them enough!!

There was a cheer competition in town and the servers were swamped. The restaurant seemed unprepared. They were out of many items. When our food came out, the sweet potato fries were cold. Our server did a great job, she was very helpful and apologetic for delays.

It was Mother's Day... and the place was packed. Hence, it was noisier than normal. Our server, Tatiana, more than made up for it! My sposeandI shared the prime rib, which was served quickly by a kitchen runner. Food was fully cooked and delicious, but it could have been warmer. Again, it was Mother's Day. Desert was great, and Mom was happy with the whole experience.

Generally my experience has been pretty good here. This visit however it took almost an hour to get our food, and no updates were ever provided by server. Once we all received our food, my burger was on the dry side, like maybe it had been under heat lamps for awhile.

Service was disappointing. Forgot our appetizer and had no excuse. Waited 30 minutes for entree's at 8 pm. Restaurant was half filled. Waitress was never around. We had to request water refills. Waitress was more concerned with flirting with someone at another table. We just never seem to have a good experience at this restaurant. We want to like it but they make it hard. Maybe we'll try it again in 6 months or maybe not.
