I received brown guacamole. When server finally checked in on the food I asked if I could just be charged for chips and salsa. I was told no, but I could have fresh guac or queso. I asked for queso, which was brought to the table cold. $9 for chips and salsa.

Today I had such an amazing experience, I left in tears. You see, my father committed suicide 6 months ago and today was his birthday. We both loved BJs, so my fiancé and I decided to come to celebrate his birthday. The server we had was Angel, and she is an actual angel. It was her birthday today as well. She went above and beyond, gave me a hug I so desperately needed, and got a candle for me to blow out for my dad. Thank you Angel, and thank you BJs, for giving me light and love on an otherwise dark day. I will never forget it.

Quite frankly, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. The older blonde hostess was rude and lied to our party when we requested to wait for a table further away from the door - she said that an empty booth was not open for seating and then promptly sat a party there right after we were seated. Our waitress was nice and funny, but was forgetful and disappeared for long stretches of time. It took forever to get silverware, and several people around us were waiting with their food for silverware as well. When a member of our party briefly spoke to the manager about the hostess, he seemed unconcerned and brushed off the issue. The two young hostesses were amazing and tried to help assist with our issues, but they were overruled by the older hostess.Overall, this was not a good experience and we are pretty disappointed because we have enjoyed our past visits to BJ's.

I’ve worked in food for quite awhile so I like to leave honest reviews on places because sometimes certain things just aren’t acceptable and there’s room for improvement. I’ve been a loyal customer and I can say it’s definitely hit or miss here. There’s times I’ve had great food, and then there’s times like tonight. I ordered an online order with a salad, that came with a cup of ranch that was like a quarter full. I ordered a kids meal with Mac n cheese and a fruit cup. The fruit was old and slimy. The Mac n cheese seems kinda old and was burnt on top. Sometimes you get things from here and wonder how old it is.. I used to get the Avocado egg rolls but sometimes they’re ruined because the avocado is clearly old. This place might just need to make sure they’re replacing their ingredients more often. It’s not exactly cheap to risk getting food that’s not fresh. It would be a five star with consistent freshness

What an awful experience! Orders took more than 20 minutes and two of our party of 8 ordered the chicken alfredo...the issue was nearly no chicken except small microscopic pieces and almost no alfredo sauce to speak of. The broccoli was soggy and over cooked. Never again. So embarrassed we suggested the venue.
