They did mess up on my order but they fixed it right away. But also the second one they didn't put as much toppings on it. It's normal a 5 every time I go

9/1/2025 2:00 pm. I’m writing this while I am in the store cause this is ridiculous. I understand wanting to hang out with your coworkers and finding ways to make one person tasks a two person task however that should NEVER apply to any work on the line, especially while customers are in the store and can see the active line.
So I walk in around two and I see a dude in front of me with a long complicated order. That’s fine. I’m not paying much attention, until this blonde girl comes up and asks two boys if I’ve been helped, they jump up startled as they had not seen me. Mind you the line is only being managed by these three. You’d think that’d get them to pay attention. Nope. They then proceeded to both work together on one small salad. Now I’m getting a little pissed because I’m listening closer and realize they are gossiping about the family they just made the salad for. Then they have another jump-scare as they realize they have a secondary lunch rush and in the time that they could maintain a steady line they had instead have one out the door. Took 10 minutes to get asked what cheese I want on my pizza despite the fact that I was standing in front of them waiting while they were doing nothing more than gossip.
I left a tip but sadly it was auto. The girl should get the full tip not the boys. She was working around do their jobs and then some.
Food was good. But there is not many ways you can mess up a pizza you designed yourself.

The pizzas at Blaze Pizza are always top notch. The Build Your Own Pizza option is probably one of the best things a pizza place could have came up with. The pizza was very good

1st pizza got overcooked, but they made it right. We both had a build your own pizza, shared a Ceasar salad and a couple Blood orange lemonades, everything was delicious. Thank you for the great service and experience.

Mike the general manager seems to always have an attitude and makes the worst pizza the employees are always good in those regards plus if mike isn’t making a pizza he’s sitting at a customer table on his laptop just seems unprofessional and it doesn’t matter if the restaurant is packed or not he claims that same table the whole day leaves his stuff at it.

Last Saturday I stopped by and I was the last customer. Pierce gave me exceptional service! Normally places try to rush you through an order, he took his time and even when I had trouble with my form of payment he was patience and understanding. I told him his service was exceptional despite someone coming in late, it was like I was the first customer. The restaurant was clean despite telling it wasn't picked up yet. This means they took time during the day to tidy up the place. He was awesome! He deserves to be rewarded for having pride in his work !
Got 2 pizza and cinnamon bon, ordered online, and still got order wrong. Orderes from here are at least 90% of the time, the order is wrong. Cldnt even get a full order of cin bread
