They gave my son a pizza pan that once he picked it up, it burned his fingers. He almost dropped them both, and threw them on the table. No warning this might be hot. I went to ask why you would give such a hot pan to anyone? Some random customer started attacking me saying it is a 500 degree oven, what do you expect? The workers couldn't have cared less. They just said you are holding up the line. Bad experience Sat night at 7 pm , management offered no apology. If the metal plate you serve it on is gonna be that hot, warn the customer or use different plates!

Always a great place to grab a quick bite when on the run.

1. It’s extremely warm inside on an 80F day. 2. The refrigerator does not seem to be working well. The milks are all warm. The employee said “I don’t think they need to be refrigerated, if it makes you feel any better.” No it doesn’t. I don’t want my child drinking cow’s milk that has so many chemicals it doesn’t need to be kept cold.
3. Poor service. Please don’t rush people when they’re trying to figure out what to order, especially when distracted by a toddler.
4. Water cups were tiny.
Overall, food adequate but not good enough to put up with all the negatives. I won’t be back.

I had no choice but to give one star. I wanted to LOVE this place, and our first visit because it is unlike anything else in Fort Wayne but I was gravely disappointed. From the moment we walked in, it was a horrible experience. Our first time trying this restaurant and made the decision to dine in, (which we rarely do anyway) and after we walked in, we attempted to make our way to the counter to order- confused we looked around and rather than welcoming us, we were asked if we were placing an order or if we there for a pick up, a female employee gestured to the other end of the counter and said, “you can order there.” Feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, we began looking at the menu, we felt rushed as a young male employee kept asking what we wanted and what names needed to be placed on the orders. Rather than trying to recommend anything he just stood there, as if we were an inconvenience. We quickly came up with what we wanted, and placed our order. Then I hesitated and made sure to let the young man know that I wanted the cauliflower crust rather than the original. Realizing that he probably should have asked us BOTH that question as he started building our pizzas. Again, he seemed uninterested during the entire interaction but switched the crust before passing it off. The next young man, with longer/shaggy hair was the ONLY one to confirm if we wanted spicy or regular marinara sauce, and was very polite and made eye contact with us as our order progressed. The female employee, who “greeted,” us returned to the line so we left our order in their hands until it reached the oven, we honestly didn’t have any interaction with them after that point because our food was being passed back and forth and no other questions were being asked. So we felt it easier to let them push the order down, as they continued taking more orders. We should not have done that- because when the pizzas did come out of the oven, our first order was correct but I was given a carnivore pizza instead of the herbivore pizza… and when asked, we told them that our order was for dine in, however they still placed our pizza in togo boxes rather than placing them on the dine-in trays..when I questioned the other female employee who was working the oven area.. she didn’t really assist in helping me resolve my confusion when she told me that the pizza in front of her was a carnivore and not what I asked for. (Herbivore) she had an AirPod in, so I’m guessing she didn’t care much for what was going on either, like the others she too, seemed miserable and did not want to be there. We ended our interaction/experience with the same female employee who “greeted,” us and to no surprise, our order wasn’t confirmed (as in repeating back to us what we had ordered) and giving us a total. Had our order been confirmed at check out, I’m certain I probably wouldn’t have been disappointed and shocked when I was called back to the counter to pick up my order, that had been compelled messed up. Needless to say, we will not be returning nor will we be recommending Blaze Pizza. We went across the lot, and had Yummy Bowl, (Asian Fusion) as I did not eat my pizza.

Won't go here again. Horrible customer service with attitudes. How do you have build your own pizza with unlimited toppings and then tell me I can't get what I want. I asked for fresh mozzarella on top of my pizza and was told no. I told the guy who started my pizza and put the shredded mozzarella on it that I wanted some at the end and he said ok. After getting the toppings on I told the second guy and he told me no. Then a lady came over and took the pizza and put it to the side and said I didn't have to get it. I asked why can I not get what I'm paying for and she said it's cross contamination. How? Have you seen the way they are set up? Then I was told i can restart a whole new pizza if I wanted too but I had to get back in line. Why do I need to start a new pizza? I have a pizza already I just want fresh mozzarellaon top. Then was told that even if I started a new pizza they wouldn't put the fresh mozzarella on top they would put it at the bottom. Why is it such a huge problem to put the cheese on top like I'm asking? I like the cheese too melt in top of the vegetables. It's really such a simple request that didn't constitute attitudes from employees and not getting what I am paying for!
