The cookies were wonderful but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The man was very unpleasant and very rude at the university mall in Mishawaka Indiana. It was a very sad experience, but we really enjoyed the cookies.

For an almost 5 dollar brownie, I thought it would be fresh! I didn’t know their brownies were frozen. Got one the other day and they said they had to get it from the freezer and I would have to let it thaw. And then after waiting hours to eat it at home, it had a massive hair baked into it.Used to love this place, but it has gone downhill!

The cookies are amazing! I wish I had gotten more than 1 of the frosted sugar cookie! I also wish they were in Michigan too!

We have always loved Blondie's, but my allergy to red food coloring complicates things like sprinkles and frostings. The employee who assisted me, Skylar, was not only friendly but incredibly helpful. When we couldn't find any cookies without little bits of red sprinkles on them (even in other colors), she offered to make some fresh ones for me without any sprinkles! This worked great. I took them home and added my own Watkins brand sprinkles (their colors are made from vegetables and pose no health risk for me). I was so impressed. All three young ladies who were working were helpful, kind, and patient. GREAT JOB.

Great service and great cookies. We never leave the mall without stopping to get our cookies.

Ordered Grubhub for dessert for the fam. Wanted to try something new so tried Blondie’s. Buy 6 get 1 free. $22. However we only got 5 cookies out of the 7 we ordered, and they tasted like they were baked about a week ago. The snickerdoodle was edible but the white chocolate macadamia literally tasted rotten. The chocolate chip is mediocre at best. I imagine if they were fresher they’d taste at least a little bit better but even then the cookies just didn’t look good in general. The chocolate chip looked like a frozen pillsbury cookie, with 3 chocolate chips in total. Just overall really disappointing.

Pricey but they're the best you'll ever eat

Still trying to figure out why we paid $15 for one small brownie and a rock hard cookie.

These cookies are amazing! My only issue it that I can not find the nutritional information anywhere.I buy less cookies then I want because I am not sure exactly what I I am getting so I can't work them into my diet for treat times.

The cookies at Blondies weren't impressive to us, for the price we paid.

Some friends came to town with their 3 kids and I have a 2 year old myself. We had to go to the mall. We had lunch there and I decided to get the kids all cookies. I walked up to the blondie employee and asked how much a dozen was. She said for a dozen it starts at $13 something. I thought to myself that's not a bad price. I got 6 sugar cookies with plain iceing. 4 chocolate chip, 2 penut butter blossoms (a peanut butter cookie with a Hershey kiss on top), 2 m&m cookies. Nothing special right. It was THIRTY DOLLARS! At no point did the employee let me know that any of the cookies I picked were extra. She shoved them in a bag and wrapped the sugar cookies with icing to where there was 2 cookies in one piece of wax paper so they stuck together. And the chocolate completely fell off the blossoms. It was just a bag of messy by the time I got home. I should have walked away after she told me $30. We will never go here again

The cookies looked delicious but after I picked out the one I wanted and was told it would be $10.99 for one cookie I declined. No cookie is worth that much. I will stick with my home town bakery who makes delicious cookies that are affordable and taste great. Still in shock that anyone would pay that for one cookie. Guess that’s why they don’t display their prices on their treats?
