The food and service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Food came out quick and hot. We had waffles pancakes and country fried steak. All were very good. The steak was fork tender!
I had eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not creamy and lemony like normal, it was clear yellow and gelatinous with little flavor. Very disappointing. The eggs were cooked perfectly, though. My friend had eggs over easy, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes and her food was served hot and she said it was all very delicious. Perhaps it was just what I chose. I will go back but try something different next time.
The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Ordered Blueberry breakfast. Bacon was good yet cool. Pancakes tasted like they used cake batter, interesting, but not something I was expecting. Poached eggs were cool, temperature wise. Wanted to try their biscuits and gravy. It had a film on the top, meaning it had sit for quite a while. Biscuits were thin, cut in half, and tasted like buttermilk biscuits bought in the store. Gravy was yellow, not sure if that was...
