Why are automatically adding a tip to online orders? That's your job to pay them for the job description, not mine. It was a to go order. I tip very well when I go to restaurants but that's usually because the server did a great job and I want to tip. Not because I have to. I will not be eating here again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience when picking up a large catering order. I ordered enough food to feed over 100 people, which consisted of two very large boxes and about five full bags. Despite the size and weight of the order, no one offered to help carry anything or even acknowledged how much food I was handling.

Even worse, I was never warned about hot or spillable items. As I turned to walk out with the first box, extremely hot liquid spilled out and soaked my brand-new clothes, which I was wearing for our Christmas party. This could have caused a serious burn.

When I came back inside and asked for napkins, the employee watched me cleaning hot food off my clothes without saying a single word — no apology, no concern, nothing — and then walked away.

After paying, I tried to briefly review the receipt against the order we submitted. I didn’t even get through the first sentence before I was rushed out and told “it’s right.” This was especially frustrating considering there was not a single other customer in line during the entire interaction.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and concern for customer safety was shocking. I would not trust this location with another catering order and would strongly recommend management address staff training and customer service immediately.

We stopped on a Sunday morning after snow fall and there weren’t many people in there, but we were sat in a section away from everyone else and blocked off, so I think our server forgot about us from time to time. Food was okay, nothing special but we thought we’d have a better experience overall.
