Hostess was snippy and refused to seat us after we asked for a booth due to my handicapped foot. A booth was open but told us she couldn't seat us there. Completely ignored us, seated others after us, and never bothered to tell us a wait time for the booth. Servers here are wonderful but that hostess doesn't need to be working in a customer service job with that attitude shameful and wish a manager was around to talk to.

I honestly don't know where to start. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I really like Bob Evans food, but the so called server that we had was beyond incompetent. After we ordered, a half hour later we had no food still. A couple that came in after us got their food fairly quickly, but they had a different server. Since we still didn't have any food, I went to talk to the manager who said he would take something off the bill. We then got our food but brought by a different server. We didn't get our salads. We had to ask for them. The food was good, but then we were supposed to have dessert because we ordered the 3 course meal. The original waitress had rang in everything incorrectly. If was a nightmare. We finally left after being there an hour and 45 minutes. The original waitress brought us a bill for 51 dollars. I went to the register and told them that I refuse to pay for meals. Never have I ever done that anywhere. This location is just not doable anymore. I contacted you as you wanted below with no response. Is my experience not important?

Had breakfast with family. Food seems to be getting less favorable each time while prices continue to make me wonder why we came back yet again. (Oh, 'cause my daughter requested it) Had breakfast with my mother years ago, and the bill was around $30. Stupid. $30 for eggs and bread? Until this last visit, that was the last time I ate there.

I'll start off by saying I use to eat at my local bob Evans off Maysville a few years back service was sub par. Food was not good at all to the point I ordered a burger and could knock it on the table literally so I stopped going. Fast forward a few years to present time and my little one wanted to go so I said ok I will give it another try it's been a few years. I'm pleased to say I'm glad I did all new staff new cooks new managers and the food was back to the bob Evans I once loved biscuits were cooked perfect home fries were perfect not chard and burnt everyone in my group was pleased staff was friendly I will put them back on my good eats places near me again. Good job for the turn around bob Evans Maysville Rd. It's a huge difference

The food was very good. We had a very large breakfast of biscuits and gravy, eggs with cheese, ham and bacon. Our server was very friendly, professional, and checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We will definitely return!
