Normally don't have an issue with this Bob Evans however this location has performed at an all time low of being here. Only about 4 total tables in use at the restaurant and the waiter forgot about us. Then we waited an additional 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Food came normally paced but the bacon in my burger was severely undercooked, almost like the only thing giving it any heat or color was the other things touching it.

Second one I've ever been to. This place was night and day difference from the first one I ate at. This place had great food, constant service, and extremely friendly. We stayed for over 2 hours talking with friends and was checked upon throughout our stay. I will definitely return! Thank you!

Be careful of delivery orders. From our experience you have roughly a 50/50 chance of them not giving condiments/silverware or ignoring special requests. We love their food, but when you order pancakes and get nothing to put on them, it really ruins the meal.

Hostess was snippy and refused to seat us after we asked for a booth due to my handicapped foot. A booth was open but told us she couldn't seat us there. Completely ignored us, seated others after us, and never bothered to tell us a wait time for the booth. Servers here are wonderful but that hostess doesn't need to be working in a customer service job with that attitude shameful and wish a manager was around to talk to.

I honestly don't know where to start. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I really like Bob Evans food, but the so called server that we had was beyond incompetent. After we ordered, a half hour later we had no food still. A couple that came in after us got their food fairly quickly, but they had a different server. Since we still didn't have any food, I went to talk to the manager who said he would take something off the bill. We then got our food but brought by a different server. We didn't get our salads. We had to ask for them. The food was good, but then we were supposed to have dessert because we ordered the 3 course meal. The original waitress had rang in everything incorrectly. If was a nightmare. We finally left after being there an hour and 45 minutes. The original waitress brought us a bill for 51 dollars. I went to the register and told them that I refuse to pay for meals. Never have I ever done that anywhere. This location is just not doable anymore. I contacted you as you wanted below with no response. Is my experience not important?
