I ordered two family dinners and paid $97.71 which included a $11.68 tip. One family dinner was correct. The second, the grilled chicken, came with a small container of the buttered corn (that was only half full!) and a small container of the mashed potatoes instead of the family sized. I was upset, called and spoke with a manager. He apologized, said he would send a gift certificate (not a a refund which meant Bob Evan’s would still be getting my money) with the difference, and took down my name and address. Two weeks go by and I never received it. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager again and he wasn’t there. Left my name and number for him to give me a call the next day he was in and now it’s been almost another two weeks. Whereas, a lot of the food is decent, I’ll have a problem paying close to $100, tipping $11.68 and getting poor service. I feel like I gave the Meijer Dr. Bob Evan’s the chance to fix this and they failed.

We really appreciate Bob Evans restaurant for providing free veterans meals. However, our particular restaurant was understaffed and the cooks were in training. The restaurant and tables were clean. The vets were limited to breakfast meals. We waited well over an hour for 2 biscuits with gravy.

We come here all the time. It's close to home and the food is always warm with great coffee. Service is usually pretty friendly and we normally don't have to wait very long even on a busy day. I've seen this particular location suffer quite a bit over the years but I think they finally have a good thing going.

Today 10/26/24 their computers failed as I ordered my Togo order total cost out the door was 8.83 and they couldnt get their computers up and going and so the boss just handed me my bag and said have a great day leaving me to pay nothing for the 10/10 soup and banana bread, the cashier named Kasey and her boss were true

I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful staff at Bob Evans! My 7-year-old son and family recently visited after getting a new book at his school book fair. Unfortunately, the book slipped between a tight spot between two booth tables, and he was absolutely heartbroken. However, the incredible staff went above and beyond to retrieve it! A whole team came together, using tools and teamwork, to figure out how to get his book back. What started with tears ended with a huge smile when they handed him his book, now signed by all the staff! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day.
Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious too! We'll definitely be back—thank you, Bob Evans, for turning a potential meltdown into a memorable experience. ?

Honestly, I love Bob Evans and have since I was a kid. The food has changed as I grew up, but didn't stop being delicious. They did seem a little short staffed, though. Granted, we DID go during the week around 1 or 2pm, so there weren't a whole lot of people there. Our waitress was very nice and patient with us.

The team at Bob Evan’s on 9/27 around close was so kind and customer oriented. I forgot part of my order at the store and they stayed late to ensure I got my food. Thank you and please let your DM or corporate offices know that you all deserve raises, time off and promotions for being so awesome! I wish I could name the server and manager that were so nice but I will absolutely refer friends and be back soon.

I appreciate Bob Evans for a few reasons. 1) They are close to our house. 2) The food was wonderful. We couldn't eat it all and took some home with us. 3) The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.
All in all, my wife and I had a pleasant evening together.
This restaurant takes way to long to cook if you want your food you have to order 3 days ahead of time other than that they have good food but service sucks

WOW!! If you won’t good food and good service and a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re back home on the farm. This is your place.
Parking: Parking lot is well-defined parking places with plenty of room to get in and out of your car and also be close to the restaurant for people that can’t walk very far.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is clean and flat, no gravel and they don’t have high curbs to get up to the door.
