We really appreciate Bob Evans restaurant for providing free veterans meals. However, our particular restaurant was understaffed and the cooks were in training. The restaurant and tables were clean. The vets were limited to breakfast meals. We waited well over an hour for 2 biscuits with gravy.

We come here all the time. It's close to home and the food is always warm with great coffee. Service is usually pretty friendly and we normally don't have to wait very long even on a busy day. I've seen this particular location suffer quite a bit over the years but I think they finally have a good thing going.

Gotta give credit, came in at lunch on a Sunday and you could tell they were slammed but everyone was friendly and gave great service even under pressure! Food came out exactly as ordered and was good, thanks!
