What started out as a questionable experience was rectified by the manager. I unforunately did not get his name, but he has curly hair and an earring. Of course we came in during the Thankgiving rush and (to be fair I would not want to be working either) our waitress ignored us multiple times and was not friendly. The key is turning a negative experience into a positive one. What the staff did not know was my family and I were dealing with some pretty heavy and unfortunate news regarding two loved ones. The kindess the manager showed honestly brought me to tears, he brought my two year old a coloring book and after 15 hours of travel it was incredibly refershing and SO helpful! Thank you to that manager! Your kindess went SO far, thank you so much! <3

We ate here on Veterans Day. My husband(the veteran) ate for free from a select menu. We spent over $30 for my meal and a few extras. The food was good and we had good service.

Went into this Bob Evans at 10:55am Wednesday September 24th. I stood at the hostess desk for 10 minutes. The hostess apparently had a long line of checkouts and catering to attend to. After 10 minutes I walked out after not one waitress or waiter or manager attempted to seat me. Not good management considering 10:55am shouldn’t be busy for people waiting to be seated as I was the only one waiting the whole 10 minutes

This Bob Evans is not unlike others. This one may be one of the cleanest ones I've been to. Service was great.. perfect amount of attention.. The food was great.

Came in for a relaxing breakfast on a slow Labor Day morning, our food took over 30 minutes. No apology from our server, felt like she avoided us because she knew it was taking too long. We watched the table next to us sit, order, eat, and leave before we had finished our food. Brought it up to the employee at the checkout, when we explained our frustration about the wait time she was immediately defensive “we take one ticket at a time”. It seemed she got tired of “dealing” with us and just comped our meal. Thanks for the free meal, maybe call a professional cleaning service and fix the water damage in the ceiling before the health dept shuts you down.
