What started out as a questionable experience was rectified by the manager. I unforunately did not get his name, but he has curly hair and an earring. Of course we came in during the Thankgiving rush and (to be fair I would not want to be working either) our waitress ignored us multiple times and was not friendly. The key is turning a negative experience into a positive one. What the staff did not know was my family and I were dealing with some pretty heavy and unfortunate news...

This Bob Evans is not unlike others. This one may be one of the cleanest ones I've been to. Service was great.. perfect amount of attention.. The food was great.

Other than finding some kind of fur/dust bunny in my frys, just as I finished eating. And then, the host offered more Fry's... Uh no thanks I'm Good. They should have compd the meal. Disgusting!
