Great drinks…. Very poor customer service. Employees don’t know how the online ordering works. My order is never ready when I come to pick it up, in fact they don’t even check until I tell them I put in an order and they are very rude. Has happened multiple times. Why bother having online ordering if you do not check it and have it ready within the 15 min drive it takes me to get there? Spoke to the manager about this and all she could say is that she would let the owner know…. 🧐

Who knew an espresso with a splash of macadamia milk would change the entire dynamic of the drink! It's a liquid cookie. Of course,I brought along my miir espresso tumbler with the logo of another local coffee joint; in my mind, they're friends that share secrets. This place has tons of fun options and the relaxed and casual atmosphere is a nice break from a busy day. The music is soft and low, the air is nice and cool, and the coffee is perfection. They need their own cup and I want to collect it and a reduction in price, like is offered at 9th Street Brew in Auburn, would be a lovely addition to the menu.

Great service, super informative. Got a crème brûlée and it taste awesome while still tasting like coffee. Highly recommended
ive enjoyed a few different drinks here but they are understaffed or hire imcompetent staff. i stood by the register and never was greated . Party of two. When staff came up they just skipped us to the party of 7 not standing next to register. I walked out and will not be back.

Nice little place with unique coffee options. I love getting the banana fosters frappe. The food is pretty good too. I wish they could add maybe 2-3 more sandwiches or different foods but completely understand.
First time here. I have to say, my experience was very positive. I ordered a blueberry muffin and my own recipe for coffee. The coffee is good-but will be tweaking it next time so I can taste the coffee still. Not Bon Bons fault. I will update my review after I try the muffin. The inside is really cute.Update: I needed the muffin as a prop in my video and then I ate it when I was done with that scene. The muffin tasted good. I'm interested in getting another one sometime.Update! Trying the black cat coffee. It's good! It tastes like a chocolate covered cherry. It was extra hot like I wanted. Move over Starbucks, I've got a better alternative. Thanks for mother's day flower!

Was Higher Grounds but was bought and it changed to Bon Bon. I'm so happy they kept the Shoaff and Alaskan Zebra. My kids love this place as much as I did, I love to see them enjoy a Alaskan Zebra like I did when I was their age when it was higher grounds. My favorite coffee shop!!
