I ordered a med size, med black roast coffee. The girl then asks me after 29 seconds if I wanted cream and/or sugar. Uh miss barista black coffee means no additives. BLACK. While I get my coffee, I sit at the table and the next customer asks for black coffee, she then asks if she wanted cream or sugar. Evidently English comprehension was not her forte. I've had my coffee less than 60 seconds. It is COLD. YES COLD. I ask if they have a microwave to heat it up. She said no. She just made excuses why my coffee had gotten cold. This is horrible customer service. She offered nothing in return for my cold coffee, as if I should lucky to even get waited on. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.

I would like to say it was only this one time, but it seems that the customer service is always lacking. It seems every time I order there’s something that is messed up or wrong, and when I bring it to the barista‘s attention, they seem irritated that they have to fix it. Like for example this morning I ordered a frappe made breve instead of milk and when I got there to pick it up, there was no coffee in it, when I brought it to the baristas attention, she said that they probably thought I didn’t want coffee because I wanted it made with half-and-half and rudely told me they could make it over if I wanted them too…well yes I do…I want coffee in my coffee drink 🤦🏼♀️

My bestie and I have gone to BonBons for years. We've had many a baby shower, birthday party and just chill hangouts at Brian's awesome coffee spot. The staff is friendly and the drinks are SO good. We usually get the dark chocolate frap, but the specials are fun, too. Highly recommend 👍

The service was very quick and friendly. I ordered the German chocolate latte and made it blended and it was so good. I recommend coming here. The drink menu has so many drinks that sound so good I couldn't decide. And the booth seats were comfortable and the environment was very relaxing to sit in and enjoy. I also ordered the chocolate cheesecake muffin and it's very delicious and i highly recommended you try it if you go!

Stopped in as we passed through town. We like to try local instead of the Siren and the friendly staff and good coffee were why. My drip coffee of choice was not fully made so another was offered or I could wait for a fresh brew. I opted for what was available and it was great.

Bon Bon’s is one of my favorite coffee shops in Fort Wayne! Their Americano is among the best in the city. I appreciate that they open at 7 a.m. on the weekends, as many other shops don’t open until 8 a.m. or later. Others have complained that they take a while to get you your drink. I have never once experienced this.
