Bon Bon's Coffee - Purdue Fort Wayne

Great drinks…. Very poor customer service. Employees don’t know how the online ordering works. My order is never ready when I come to pick it up, in fact they don’t even check until I tell them I put in an order and they are very rude. Has happened multiple times. Why bother having online ordering if you do not check it and have it ready within the 15 min drive it takes me to get there? Spoke to the manager about this and all she could say is that she would let the owner know…. 🧐

They have really good coffee here.

One of my favorite stops before class every morning. My favorite drink is their raspberry mudslide with a giant muffins?. They have a decent size selection and will customize whatever drink you want.

I love Bon Bons’ coffee, but you can never know when this location is going to be open or if they’ll have what you’re looking for. Even when the open sign is out, you may go in to the building to find that it’s actually closed. I wish that this location on campus was as nice as the one on Maplecrest.

Visited Maplecrest location, lots of customers, cute interior, breakfast sandwiches and pastries, great peppermint mocha. No almond milk tho, only macadamia. Staff knew some customers names in my 10 min visit:)

Classic American sugar driven coffee spot, lots of menu options with some original ideas like the Ghost Pumpkin! Very tasty but swimming in diabetus - odd considering I even went for macadamia milk instead of the cow's milk which would have added even more sugar. My other buddies went for lesser sweet stuff and seemed to enjoy it more. Staff is very polite, great location, a good area for relaxing and working on papers, and overall easy to recommend for the FW coffee scene!

Drinks are okay, kinda pricey. Feel like you pay Starbucks prices and it's not as good. Student ran coffee shop

Love this little barista our IT building has it is so convenient for me if I've pulled long nights studying! Theier drinks are great, i haven't tried their muffins or beads yet, but the coffee stuff is good and the staff is super nice and friendly.

All three of the Barista’s didn’t know where the espresso beans were coming from? As a customer I would like to know and find it weird that the employees themselves don’t know.
