We stopped in to grab a bite. I got the Snooop burger and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce was so savory. 🔥 Burger had great flavor and the Bites were so delicious as well. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was laid back. I would highly recommend stopping in.

I recently read a review of the top burger places in Fort Wayne, and they listed Bravas as #2. We decided to make this our Valentine’s Day takeout. I can honestly say this is probably the WORST burger I have ever had in my whole life. It was supposed to be just a regular cheeseburger, but it was so smothered in gloppy sauces, I needed 6 napkins to blot it all up, also getting some on my shirt while trying to corral the sloppy bun. The fries were not salted and soggy and limp. Maybe we happened to go on a bad night, but for me….NEVER AGAIN. There are plenty of other places with decent burgers in town.

I’ve loved Bravas since it was just a hot dog cart. Now at the restaurant I still love to get the Snooooop dog and patatas Bravas. I also love the PB Burger and they have a great brunch! When they have them be sure to order the breakfast corn dogs at brunch.

The food here is absolutely phenomenal. The Snoop Burger easily ranks in my top two favorite burgers of all time. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish is thoughtfully made, and the fact that everything is locally sourced just makes it even better.

A friend of mine was taking me out to lunch for a time to chill and chat. She asked if I had heard of Bravas. I told her I had not. As we neared I realized I was aware of where we were headed because I had often gone to Zebs for wings (BTW, fantastic.. but they've disappeared... Wish they would reopen SOMEWHERE!) I always noticed this place was packed as I walked by but never knew what it was . I figured it was expensive and I'm on the po folk side so I never ventured in. Well, anyway... My homegirl and I clamored in to the pedestal to order, my eyes wide with wonder, we met a delightful young chap who walked me through the menu and order of operations at Bravas. 🤪 We opted for the patio seating as it was a nice day, but I suspect that even in the winter Bravas has it toasty for their patrons comfort, for that's the undercurrent I felt roaring through this friendly hut. Our delectable choices were brought to us by the same charming gent who jotted our orders . The food was divine! My friend cannot have gluten.... She proclaimed that Bravas has the best buns available! As we were ending our time of dining, the cheery man came to our table to inquire about our experience. As we asked this man a million and one questions regarding Bravas, he eventually revealed that his name is Bo and he is the owner. In a day when people are in a hurry to do everything, get you in and out. No time for community, friendship, service to others, we come across Bo. The owner who took the time to chat with two aging women and tell his story, share with us how he and his friend invent their unique burgers together, how they love and serve this little area because they love. Bo, your burgers are the best. And your heart is the bestest. Thank you for loving South Fort Wayne.

What a hidden gem. Amazing burger! Get the Patata Brava they are so good. We ate so fast we forgot pics except for dessert. Basque cheesecake with chocolate and Smores Lava Cake. Oh and a relaxed atmosphere too. Try it out you won't be disappointed.

Truly a lovely time. We came right during the lunch rush. The staff person who was making sure everyone had a seat and I loved to see it. I got the plane Jane burger and truly just so good. Best burger I have had in awhile. The fries were just so crunchy and soft in the best ways. My husband got the snoop dog hot dog he loved it.
