We wanted something 'different' for our wedding reception and Bravas certainly fit the bill. Bambi was great to work with to plan the perfect menu and finalize all the details. Our onsite team, including Bo, were very attentive to our guests and keeping the buffet looking clean and well stocked. We hosted just shy of 100 people and were able to move everyone through the line quickly. Everyone raved about the food saying it was not only delicious, but a welcome departure...
Not stopping in for a peanut butter burger and Bravas patatas is the absolute worst part of dieting. Their flavor combinations are the thing dreams are made of. Never have I known something as simple as an idea for a food truck explode into a local legend and must-have the way Bravas has. 💯 👏🏻
My Wife and I finally tried this place and we were really impressed by everything. Strangely my burger was a little too salty but I'd guess that's a one-off and even with that it was fantastic. I was surprised to see they also had beer, yum! They are top two for best burgers in the Fort imho.
