Had the best dinner I've had in a long time in fort wayne. the steak was incredible whatever marinade they use was BOMB, the burger was super juicy and huge, the mozzarella sticks were 10/10 and the chorizo queso dip was also amazing. the quality and amount was so great for the price . i will definitely be back

To be completely fair... the first half of my issues may have been because it is close to the Holiday.
(Unwelcomed behavior later during mealtime by staff member)
We entered the building around 8:30, and the wait staff wasn't paying attention at all until we were right on top of the desk. They were heavy in conversation. I do not know about what. Either way we were not greeted by either person until we asserted ourselves.
Our actual waitress was good. (I made sure to give her a good tip, as she wasn't the issue).The only feedback I have for her would be to maybe check in once or twice more frequently within the hr and a half that we were present, as the other issue could have like been prevented.
We did have a request that needed filled, and had to catch someone else in passing, however this person decided to hang around and keep conversation going until we were beyond ready to go. At some point our waitress did come back and pretty well (very politely) disrupt the issue and got the situation to cease, but only after it was going on for well beyond a half hour. This wasn't something that happened while we were waiting for our food, it happened in the middle, all of the way up to the end of our meal. I did not appreciate this level of interruption, and it wasn't directly customer service beyond the initial question.

We ordered online from Bubba’s 33 in Fort Wayne and it was a complete letdown. Every single item was wrong, which is wild considering this was an online order where there’s no excuse for confusion. The burgers were massively overcooked, the fries had absolutely zero seasoning, and the garlic knots were mediocre at best.
The worst part was finding hard, plastic-like pieces inside one of the burgers — that’s not just disappointing, it’s downright unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. This should never happen at any restaurant, let alone one with the reputation Bubba’s tries to carry.
The only reason this place gets two star is because management handled the issue with our online order professionally. Outside of that, the food quality, accuracy, and overall experience were terrible. We will not be ordering from here again.

Idc how the food is, if the service is poor. I didn't get to try any of the food. The staff over the phone was a bad experience to the point I will never walk in the building. I have ALOT of food allergies and had questions about some of the options. I checked the website and the info wasn't there, so I called in. A bunch of pre-made options, not restaurant quality. The person hung up on me in the middle of talking. I thought it was a normal interaction, but once again, people in the food industry who are sensitive when they don't know and just reacted so adolescent. I purchased my daughter a gift card for Christmas and sold it for less it was worth because I couldn't get a refund and don't want anyone I care about eating there. There are too many restaurants with great service than to be treated poorly and expect someone to patronize. Someone bring back Chili's, please.

The environment is really nice, it just feels like there are way more servers than there are customers lol. I ordered the cheese steak and it was good if I tried to ignore how overly salted it was (I couldn't it was really salty) . The wings were definitely a let down though. They were very fatty and some crispiness to it would've done a number. The sauces were very underwhelming too, not much flavor to them. Everyone else in my party seemed to of enjoyed the food with small complaints. I don't want to shine a bad light on this place too much with my review since we visited on day 1. I'd love to visit again some other time when everyone gets on a good flow and give it a second go.

However once again the wings were underwhelming. The dirty soda was phenomenal. I asked my server if I could have it done with Dr pepper and coconut cream, best thing my mouth has ever tasted. That alone is enough to have me running back, unlimited dirty Dr peppers for me please 😫

Im going to start off saying this. This will be my first critic review and a food reviewer here in Fort Wayne indiana. Below I will list items ordered between me and my partner.
Apps: the combo with honey barbecue trad. wings, fried pickles and mozzarella twists with a side of ranch AND blue cheese (we did not receive blue cheese).
Appetizer smelled good but wings were soggy, I tend to like a longer fry on my wings as do most people. The sauce and smoke flavor were quite good. 6.2/10 Fried pickles were far to thin and were overcooked. 4.3/10 The mozzarella twists were a mass produced app that Red Robin also serves. 7.6/10
At this point we saw out waitress once and were already not thrilled about the service.
For the main course I ordered the fish and chips with seasoned fries and steamed broccoli, and my partner ordered the chicken tenders with the same sides.
The fish was bland. There seemed to be no seasoning on it at all. It was a large portion but I was very dissapointed in the fish. 4.3/10 The fries were barely seasoned. 6.2/10 And the broccoli was actually very good with a mix of butter and garlic on top. 7.3/10

You are surrounded by tvs playing sports and I imagine considering the layout, this really isnt the place to watch the game and have a few beers. Maybe save it for the local watering hole.
As far as service is concerned, I'm very displeased. We were sat quickly but our server was absent most of the time. I would normally be fine with this on such a busy night; however, the server very clearly had friends coming in to dine and she was sat with them chit chatting for quite some time and even talking to people who would come in and leave the building. I was asked by a manager if there was anything wrong with my food as I was waiting for a box for quite some time.
Overall Bubba's seems to be just another big chain coming to disrupt the community with bland over priced food and terrible service. Nothing redeemable in my first visit. Keep the chain, I'll take the local bars with friendly staff anyday.
If your in the area, skip past and head over to laycoffs. Im giving Bubba's a 3.4/10. We will not be back.

I cannot believe we replaced Chili’s with this. At first my experience wasn’t too awful, I try to cut people slack when it is busy. However, as my service progressed I became increasingly dissatisfied. For starters, the food has absolutely no flavor. It was bland. Secondly the wait staff that we saw were extremely unprofessional. Sitting on phones, talking, and just over all barely doing there job. This is basically just Bdubs with a bigger menu. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I were really excited to try Bubba’s, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. We ordered two chicken tender and fried shrimp combo dinners for carry out. When we got home, we realized none of our sides or sauces were included, and there were barely any shrimp in the meals. We tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. $50 down the drain.
