My wife wanted bdubs so we go.. A huge crowd of young people had just left as we were pulling up so we were prepared to have to wait a little bit to clean up and regroup. I like to think we’re pretty patient People…
To our surprise, we were seated right away Unfortunately, it would be almost 30 minutes before we finally saw a waitress, and when she arrived, she would be rude and generally bothered by the fact that we had even shown up to have dinner.
But it’s OK one salty waitress does not a terrible make. We were willing to sit patiently, even our three year-old daughter did an outstanding job of patiently waiting for the next hour. We were never checked on or acknowledged for a solid hour
Finally, our waitress came back out and said “y’all food is probably almost done”. My wife attempted to order to go items for my kids at home and when she did, she was met by rolling eyes and a stank attitude saying “ Oh, y’all want it to go now?!” To my wife assured her no wanted to order food to go for my children at home
I was fed up, so I told her never mind. Well decided to just pay for our drinks and leave
I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon

Sat here for 1 hour and 20 minutes, to be told our order was lost. Asked to speak to manager and they said they were in the kitchen.

This Place is dead. a ghost town. and the food was extremely cold. and NO chicken only nuggets of breading. and the sauces taste aweful!. its not like what it was in 2010

Bartender was very nice. Checked in on us frequently. Drinks were good and had a good time celebrating birthday 🎂 with a friend thanks Burgers 🍔 were ok decided to try the Monday BoGo deal next time Wings for sure thanks again 😊

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Coventry location. I am not one to complain of much, this experience was exceptionally bad, and I already contacted customer service at bw3 with no reply. In a nutshell...I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived on time, for them to tell me it was being put together....an hour and 15 minutes and 4 different excuses later, I recieved my food. I asked if we should go through the order, they assured me it was all there, it was not. I am very disappointed with this location as well as corporate who apparently doesn't care either. Hope I save someone else from what I experienced.

Not really sure why we tried to come here. It seems like every BW3 has the same poor management now. Waited for 10 minutes at the host stand, everyone made eye contact but no one would greet us. Finally flagged someone down that said they were too busy to seat people, while there were plenty of open tables.

Stood up at the host stand for 10 minutes without getting seated. Multiple employees passing by pretending not to see the line of people waiting to be seated. Horrible service. Won’t be coming back here.

Ok I was excited to get a burger here as I heard a person say it was great (bw3s in general). I got the all american and it was great! Then I pulled a hair out of my mouth. I got a refund. Service and everything else was great but the staff wrote down info for manager who didn't show up - hopefully I get the refund. Can't recommend but I want to so much.
Uhg. I know, fill out a form. Ok after seeing this on all the reviews and not seeing a manager at the restaurant even care to come see me, I'm going to lower my score and say don't go here.

Our carry out order said it would be done at 6:20pm, it is 7:30pm and we just got it. We waited in the restaurant this whole time for it. The manager told the employees that pickup orders were taking an hour past what the website is quoting. Do not order pickup unless you have all day.

I feel bad rating this low because I've been going to this location for years. However, in the past month, the service has taken a very serious nosedive.
The last time I was here was a 50 minute wait to get my online order. The three times before that were all 20 minute waits - and I already intentionally arrive 10-15 minutes late, this was 20 minutes on top of that.
With this past 50 minute wait order, they also didn't give me the blue cheese that comes with the order, and also put the boxes in the bag sideways, so all of the sauce leaked out.
I hope this is a temporary problem. I'll adjust my rating once things improve.
