Food was great, went with a large family group to watch the ufc fights, turns out they don't have that channel. It's alright that's not on the servers, only higher up. Everyone was nice and food awesome

Ordered a sampler and a 10 piece wing and fries, half hot BBQ and half BBQ. I see why a sign is posted that says all sales are final because the food was trash. Not only was every wing hot, I didn't receive the fries. $30 for mediocre....will not be returning.

We went on a Thursday night. Several empty tables so it wasn’t packed my any means. We had to eat our food with our fingers because we were told they didn’t have any forks. Our server took our order and we never seen her after that. Each time we tried to catch her she just zoomed off. I finally went to the front and ask the a manager if I could get some to go boxes and the check so we could go home where we had forks to eat our food. Our food was cold by the time we were told they had no forks. Had to ask another server for napkins. Heard the couple next to us be told they had no carbonation for their pop. So they ask for lemonade and the server said they were out of that too. Not sure what is going on at this location but if this continues I don’t see myself going back.Good luck

This particular location, Coventry Fort Wayne, has a long-standing history of having problems. Firstly, they have a high overturn rate due to management issues. Now management issues, what types exactly?1. Management has allowed their "friends" into positions that they are and we're never qualified for. If you're not qualified for any other position in the building they will promote you to shift manager and then manager because that's the only way they can keep you in the building. Example, a server that was known to allow dine and dash as long as she was left her tips was kept there and promoted to shift manager because she could help with paperwork that was supposed to be done by the managers whom would rather take naps and leave the building to do whatever else they wanted to do.2. Management has made certain H.O.H employees far more responsible than any other employee in the entire building, including management. (H.O.H. heart of house aka Kitchen). Example, there is an employee whom has worked for BWW for 16 years, is well under paid (BWW has not given this employee proper raises through the years, no benefits, no PTO, no incentive outside of this particular employees commitment to their employment. This particular employee knows more about the inventory than any of the management, and was held responsible for doing the truck orders for years. Also, being held responsible for putting the trucks away on their own, and instructed that even if they came to put the truck away they could not clock in until a specific time due to any possible overtime and/or the labor cost percentage. (If they arrived at 6:30 am work completed for a minimum of 1.5-2 hours before allowed to clock in, if clocked in and received OT told possible firing)3. Servers/bartenders/cashiers are allowed to sit in booths, stand/sit in office, stand in server station, sit in bar, or in the kitchen on their cellphone with management aware or involved. They do the least amount of work when it comes to cleaning, have to be told by others to clean and stock bathrooms. While they are hanging out or on their phones they have been noticed to ignore customers with management aware.4. Managers spend 80-90% of their time sitting in the office on their phone, watching YouTube, napping, hanging out, or eating. Managers do not clean, nor do they require anyone outside of bartenders and h.o.h, unless an inspection is coming per the schedule that they are made aware of. Garbage has been left inside the building after closing, ovens have been left on, warmers left on, fryers left on, doors left unlocked, garbage cans left outside of the building filled with trash, cutting boards that certainly haven't been cleaned, behind fryers rarely cleaned, dirty dishes left in sink, h.o.h items left scattered not being put back after cleaning, water leaking from ceiling in walk in storage unit that has went on for a minimum of 8 years, raw chicken breasts and tenders that have been on the line being left in cooler when it is supposed to be thrown out at end of night, and the list goes on. Managers allow their "friends" more hours to spend on their phones or to hangout while the opener as described above is left to come in the morning to put the restaurant back in order before anyone else arrives. They over schedule and force others to have their hours cut so their "friends" can be there. Managers are allowed to arrive late repeatedly without consequences as they have full access to adjustments to their time in. There is a reason this particular location is on its 5th General Manager in one year. Employees who have been loyal to the company are quitting more rapidly than before, and as they say it falls from the top.5. Food quality has went down dramatically over the last year, particularly after 330pm. H.O.H members are not trained at all, and are left to do things however they want. Wraps have a few pieces of lettuce if your lucky. Burgers are not seasoned, buns not toasted properly. Boneless wings are tiny and hard, sometimes no

No, it is the same quality as before. The food was cold, and I had to ask the server to warm my wings. Luckily the server was so nice and replaced the whole order after I ate 2 of the cold wings. I don't like to be that way, but the wings were really cold. I hope this won't happen again, because I like the restaurant.

Consistently 20-30 minutes behind on orders, and orders can have been cold and inaccurate. I've noticed new staff and management since the decline in product quality.Edit: Sign says NO FIREARMS ALLOWED. Stay away from this place.

Our server Jessica was the BEST! She was attentive and kind. Hands down the best server we have ever had. She made sure we were taken care of start to finish to finish. Burgers were really good as well but her service made the visit 5 star.
