Had to wait for a pick up order, no problem, but the wings were lukewarm and soggy, so it seems like they had been sitting for a while, so doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t be hot. Employees were not friendly either, almost like they hated being there.

20 minutes it took before I finally had to ask a different server to take my order. The person who was suppose to be my server was having issues with a crashed computer, which the manager was helping him. At no time did he ever stop and acknowledge me once. The one who finally took my order got my drink while I waited for him to come over. At no time did management ever come over and talk to me, and they had to have been aware as I looked at quite a few people while waiting for 20 minutes. This is unacceptable service and I am highly unlikely to return or recommend a friend to go.

Ordered delivery through BWW website on January 10 at 5:30 pm, scheduled for 7:00 pm delivery from the Dupont Road location. Called the restaurant at 7:30 and found out my food was still setting in the warmer because they failed to give it to a doordash driver. (I didn't order through doordash, that's just who they use for delivery when you order on the BWW website.) The gentleman on the phone was apologetic, honest, and said "At this point the best we can do is give you a refund." I agreed to that. He took the last four digits of my credit card and said he would give my info to his manager to issue a refund. I then ordered food through doordash from another restaurant, because my family still needed dinner. Shortly after 8:00 pm my food from BWW arrives. It included french fries that were painfully cold, and boneless wings that were barely warm, dry and stuck to their paperboard containers. My food from the other restaurant arrived shortly after and we ate dinner. BWW charged my credit card and did not follow through with a refund. Management here does not know how to keep customers. They just lost several, and I will continue to NOT recommend this location.

My wings tasted like they were fried a week ago. Very dry, and I wasn't given any wet naps. I ordered cheese on my fries and it wasn't even melted, just lightly sprinkled on. The celery was definitely old as the ends were all dried out. And given it was snowing outside, I figured they'd have the heat on, but it was cold air blowing down on me. I was freezing. I wished I had gone across the parking lot to Arena. Won't make that mistake again!

We're now eating at Cebolla's Mexican Grill on Dupont rd, because of the service at this Buffalo Wings restaurant. I've complained about this issue a few months ago. I was given some rewards and when we came back it was good. However, today we arrived at 12:14 pm, was quickly seated, asked & received our sodas. Also asked for water & straws. 12:48 pm we still are waiting for our water, staws And food! We looked around, it wasn't busy by then. The Best part, the people who came in After us by 20 (?)minutes, had their food & drinks too! No, we Don't want your rewards again! We Know the power in our dollar as consumers.That's why we're eating down the street at Cebolla's Mexican Grill!! P.S. We're Awesome cash tippers too.

The food has upset me for the last time. They literally didn't fully cut into a large wing to split it into 3 separate "wings" that made my order of 15 wings add up to still an incorrect 14 on my plate. Then the food is mediocre at best. They've cheaped out far too much to take my money anymore, I'm officially done and I think Bdubs is officially lost.
Edit: tried it again recently, somehow worse.. this time I tried traditional, I'm not sure how they find the smallest chickens to make in the world but they do. Doesn't help that they make the pieces so small, especially considering they proceeded to overcook my food then and give me some VERY crunchy chicken. Why do I keep trying with this pitiful once-great franchise?

Called order in 1 hour before and wife had to wait in line while customers with messed up orders and door dash cut line ! Oh hell noooooo . Your not going to let DoorDash cut in front of loyal customers we will find a different wild wings screw DuPont they have a lot issues with service
