The food prep and flavor was spot on delicious? Service was quick and the staff friendly. However, I asked for ranch with my appetizer and got see ed the regular dipping sauce, had to ask again. Also, ordered extra pickles and grilled onions on my burger...it had neither. O asked again for extra pickles and got brought a side cup of those and went without the onions. Dods the staff communicate here or is somebody just not reading the ticket? I know it's the little stuff but the little stuff really contributes to the overall experience.

Food was great atmosphere was what you would expect from a place like this, but the service was impeccable. Our waiter was Jasper and he did a wonderful job seating us and taking care of everything for us. Would recommend this place and that man is doing a heck of a job.

Bartender was extremely awesome and helpful! Stopped in for pick up today and the tale out counter was disgusting. Grease all over and tape residue. You would think atleast one person would suggest wiping it down. I could rub my hand across it and oil up both my arms it is so disgusting. The picture doesn't do it justice.

Called in to place an order for pick up and I was asked to hold. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes then called back and was told to wait again so I held for another 5 minutes and decided to take my business somewhere else. I won't come back
All the bartenders are great. Shelby and Liz are rockstars. Kyle the manager is amazing and totally eye candy

Every single order I have placed, whether over the phone or in the app has been incorrect upon pickup. Modifications on food are never correct and we never get our fries. The most recent order was awful and they passed us from employee to employee before giving us a partial refund. Not a smooth or enjoyable experience at all.

Had to wait for a pick up order, no problem, but the wings were lukewarm and soggy, so it seems like they had been sitting for a while, so doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t be hot. Employees were not friendly either, almost like they hated being there.
