Ridiculous… just about EVERY time I pick up carry out it’s screwed up… definitely more that 50% of the time. We’re talking over 10 years of dealing with this placeI’m adding to my review, as once again, they screwed up another simple order. And there have been a number more screwups in between these reviews. I just didn’t bother to comment on them.The managers name is Kyle and that kid absolutely sucks at his job. You drive home and have to drive back to pick up missing items you paid for and they all act like it’s not a big deal that you wasted your time and gas And take minimal responsibility. It just doesn’t change.I don’t know if every Buffalo wild wings is the same way or this one just leads the way in incompetence,I urge you to thoroughly review your orders before leaving the place.Again, that kid Kyle should be managing a bathroom in that place that’s about it

I told the waitress I was ordering the BOGO wings. I ordered boneless, offer was for bone in or traditional. My error, I didn't realize my error until I got the bill. The waitress should of realized the error when I ordered. Frustrating!

Carry out order said that pickup was 7:50pm. Been waiting here well past 15 mins / had plenty of time to do this review with no food in sight…food has always been great here but their carry out is pathetic.As I stand here multiple people have been served past me; not happy.*Update, their receipt in store somehow said 8:00pm pickup so the website and store times are off by 10mins…got the order by 8:06pm*Would have given 5 star for atmosphere but they had Bud Light banners EVERYWHERE.

I am a regular customer at this location and I’ve never been disappointed ever. The food here is always crisp, warm, and delicious. The service has always been great, and shoutout to Ashton! He is the best server there in my opinion, polite, quick, and has a purpose. Definitely one of the go to places if you want to eat some good wings and enjoy time with family and friends!

Ordered takeout. Food was good. Waiting to be acknowledged and assisted by employees could be improved. Employees are friendly and order was accurate.Parking: Ample parkingWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is wide enough for those who have challenged mobility but I do not believe there is a switch for an automated entrance. Doors are pretty heavy to open if you have limited mobility.

BDubs is a good place to eat expensive food and catch a game (or 5). The food is decent and service is good. This trip our food was out very quickly (unlike prior experiences). Bathroom was quite gross with all sorts of grime in the urinal and one had a trash bag on it. Gross. Do better BDubs.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open dining area

We eat here a few times a month, usually on Tuesday. Always sit in the bar area, Chesley is our server and she is AMAZING! Both her and another server Marissa. They are so upbeat and friendly. Most of the time the wings are on point, Hubby always gets a beer and I get water, she always makes sure it's full or if we need anything. The dining experience isn't the same when neither of them are there, like this Tuesday.Parking: Parking lot is on-site. On special night sometimes it can be hard to find a spot. We have drove around several times to get one. Some people also park behind the restaurant in a different parking lot for the shopping plaza.
