Everything was as to be expected......except waiting excessively long for food. We waited 50 minutes after the food was ordered and still nothing. We came to eat, if we wanted to sit around sipping soda, we could have done that at home.

Went Saturday evening with myself 2 kids and my husband. No one came to seat us for about 5 minutes. Mind you it wasnt busy maybe 5 families seated. We were seated drinks ordered. Waitress came back to take our order. My husband ordered grilled dippers and fries. She then asked regular or spicy. He said spicy. So fast forward 20 mins. She comes an says they are behind with in restaurant orders because there was so many online orders that came in....10 more minutes she brings the food. The fries were over cooked and cold. Then come to the chicken dippers....they were breaded not grilled an not spicy. When the waitress finally came back after 15 minutes to check how the food was (no idea where she was hiding) my husband told her about the grilled spicy chicken her comment was oh didn't hear you an they dont make spicy grilled...like they had a conversation about it. Then we had to ask 3 times for refills an she didnt even bring them. The wings were barley warm. Atleast the dippers my kids got were good 🤷♀️🤷♀️

It cost $94 to feed my family boneless wings. I was quoted 55 minutes for my food, 2 hours and 5 minutes later I got my food. However I had to reheat it before we could eat it. That's the last time I get food from this location.

Everytime myself, or my family and I have dined in at this location, the waitress, Kerra, has been excellent. She greets people with a smile and an energetic tone, she's kind, and her service is excellent. She's knowledgeable about the menu as well. Her service sets the bar high!

Food just isn't any good. Wings always come out cold, and the sauces aren't anything nice either. Really the only thing I enjoy from here are the burgers, but you need to cross your fingers it doesn't come out cold. As for service, it depends on who you get, we either have good service or our waiter disappears here and there.

Worst experience. Used to be one of my favorite places but not after this experience. 3pm on a Sunday and we waited 45 min to get our food. When our appetizer didn’t come out, our waitress came over to say she was going to check on the order because she didn’t know what was taking so long. Then instead of going to check, she took the orders for all the other tables who came in. When she did check she said the kitchen lost our ticket and it’d be out soon. 15 min later our food came out but the only thing that was hot was the cheese curds. My daughter’s chicken tenders were so hard she couldn’t bite into them. I couldn’t even bite into them. The fries were definitely sitting under a heat lamp for way too long because some of them were shriveled and all of them were cold. We asked for extra southwest ranch but couldn’t use them because they tasted like honey mustard mixed with southwest. Way too many issues and barely touched our plates. Asked for the bill and left about 10 min after getting our food and our waitress didn’t even seem to notice. Our waitress’s personality was very nice, but she was definitely spread too thin.
