She was very rude! The 2 minutes went bye she walked up to the register and said very meanly, I can take your order. I will Never step foot in this Buffalo Wild Wings again!!! would give 0 stars. Cold food, waitress amanda was not good. Slow with everything. Kept saying “sorry im so busy”even though it was really slow. just don’t recommend. as a server, i still tipped but it was the worst $114 i have ever spent. wont be back

They just really made my experience unpleasant for no reason. My 2 go order was messed up yet the employees catch an attitude with me. They first don't speak and even the mgr noted that all those workers and no one greeted me. Then when redoing my order they still didn't make sure new order correct. The lemon pepper was just thrown on which means it went to bottom of box. I asked about my carrots n celery and she basically said we done fixed your order 3x already. Well it wasnt any fault of mine but only reason I didn't see veggies bc they were at bottom of bag and barely got anything. The fries don't even look like a large. I waited 20min for order yet when they corrected I am assuming traditonal wings were just sitting bc they came right out. It was a snobby experience for no reason.

We had a to go order in which we showed up 10 minutes early to get and it happened to be ready already (didn't get a text or anything it was done early) staff was unfocused and rushing saying the kitchens closed to other folks. We got home and our fries were missing from the order, ranch and other ordered sauces were missing, chicken was cold and overcooked. The chicken sandwich bottom bun was hard as a rock, so hard I wouldn't be surprised if it came from the kitchen floor a few nights ago (and I've worked in food industry for years to know it takes alot for a bun to get that hard) super frustrating when food items were missing, staff didn't care, and food was inedible. Do better, its expensive.

So the point of carry out is to plan. If I had time to wait an extra 25 minutes I would of dined in. There is no accountability for poor service. It hasn't happened just once. This is the 5th time in a row at this location
