Female manager got totally out of control when explaining a gift certificate her body language was uncontrollable and made me feel very uncomfortable about my surroundings in front of her! You would think that it would be one of her employees She showed no self control in front of her employees you would think she owned the business I always thought that management should have some compassion to their guests well this definitely was the wrong day for herđ§đ§đ€ If this is how you train a second in command manager This restaurant needs to have the manger that on duty that she needs doing.a lot on her social skills with public and to handle complaints or anything that a customer may have instead of telling them thereâs no way to resolve the problem until 4 days later wow why is she a manager and canât solve a problem that was acquired by management Only thing that might help is maybe retraining and learn to be nicer to the customer that would be a start

The hostess sat us in the back corner where the bathroom is. We sat and waited 10 minutes with no waitress greeting us. The people that arrived after us had their waitress greet them and get their drinks. I left with a hungry baby and was very mad about the service we had received. There was blatant disrespect behind the counter with a waitress complaining for people to hear infront while waiting to be helped.

After a wonderful night of fellowship with my church family, we attempted to continue the momentum of fun and fellowship and decided to take our business to Buffalo Wings and Ribs, where we were met with blatant disrespect and discrimination due to âthe size of our partyâ. The initial complaint was the size of our party due to them being busy and packed, which they werenât. The next complaint was that tables couldnât be held or reserved, however, the hostess was holding a booth that could have accommodated our party. Our full party was there in time, well before closing, and when we attempted to remedy the situation and inquire about empty tables that could seat us, we were met with more lame excuses, all the while, people were still walking in and being seated in our stead. This encounter was motivated by laze, and discrimination. I would not recommend taking your business here as this establishment is clearly not interested in your money, especially if your money is brown and green, and not white and green. ZERO STARS

We went there for my daughterâs bday, the server Madison was extremely rude and also messed up my order and forgot our condiments. She obviously just being herself and being rude to kids over a chair, the proceeds to be rude to me. I canât believe they hire people who canât control themselves at work. She refused to serve us so I had to take my food to the front counter and get it replaced on my own. I wouldnât suggest eating here with an attitude like that she may spit in your food.

Itâs crazy that Iâm giving a one star review because I used to love eating here about 10 years ago. On the phone, they told me my food will be ready in 17 minutes, when I got there I had to wait 15 more minutes cause my fries wasnât done. The girls working there weâre just on their phones and gossiping, it just looked unprofessional to me. When I got my food My chicken was over seasoned and overcooked. And my fries were burnt. Definitely wonât be going back.

Iâm mainly complaining about the service, girl in the front desk was rude. Most of the staff was just standing around talking about what they did at the mall during the weekend. There shouldnt be no people working with food if they have no customer service skills.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I just ordered boneless wings and they were more like the little pieces at the bottom of the bag, they were cold and chewy. My baked potatoes wasn't cooked fully and cold. Since we ordered from door dash they just want to hind behind door dash and not take responsibility for there horrible service! I will never order from this place again!
