I been going here since a child and the food was awesome until 2/17/2024. Service was awesome but the wings lately has been very small and hard.. the wings are trash call them before you go and ask if they have their normal size wings before you go…

As someone that has been coming to this place since I was a kid, today might’ve been it for me. Came in on a Saturday around 1230 with just my wife and myself. No wait got sat as soon as we walked after. Well after the cashier who was hunched over on cash area on her phone realized we were there. But we sat and no joke sat there for 15 minutes without a single acknowledgement to us. Like zero. I can understand if they are busy and I can sympathize with that. But 15 minutes and not a single “Hey I’ll be with you guys in a minute” that’s the crazy part. So we just got up and left and still no acknowledgment. Do better

Called in this evening to place a to go order (around 6pm). First person that answered the phone asked my name, answered a co-worker while on the phone and then left me on the phone with no response and then hung up. Called back, gave my name and proceeded to give my order. I asked for all drums and was told that they couldn't provide all drums. I explained that I order at least once a week and there has never been an issue. Actually, I've been a loyal wings customer for the last 12 years at BW&R and have always ordered the same thing, with all drums. I asked why, and she couldn't tell me. It was VERY frustrating. And, she wasn't very nice about any of it. She needs to practice some better customer service skills. Unfortunately.
