Half my food was missing. The rest was wrong, all while making me sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes while they were outside smoking and then had a terrible and uncaring attitude. Never had a good experience here and will not be back

The drive-through employees working around 8:45pm tonight were fast, friendly, and professional. This is probably a stressful location to work because of the proximity to both a homeless shelter and liquor store, so shouts out to the evening employees for having positive attitudes. And they made my fries fresh!

The morning and afternoon crew are spot on. Not only are they clear and precise on the microphone they are super kind and present every moment of the transaction. Thats why they get five stars. For those crews only.

Needs a regime change from top to bottom. Doors are always locked cuz employees are lazy, it takes 20 minutes for old food, employees stand around looking stupid, and it's trashy and gross inside. Tables are dirty floors are dirty. The employees even look unwashed and unkempt. Rubbing all over their face and head and then scooping up your fries. Everyone that works here should be ashamed of themselves.

As a loyal customer despite frustrations, I must express my disappointment with the service and food quality at your Fort Wayne location. My simple order—large fries, fried pickles, and a Coke Zero—was mishandled. I received regular Coke, lukewarm fries, and crumbs instead of proper fried pickles, despite waiting for them to be freshly made.

This reflects a lack of care, leadership, and accountability. Employees and managers must take pride in their work, as poor service and substandard food hurt customer retention and brand reputation. Burger King’s unique menu options deserve better execution. Hiring and training passionate, responsible individuals are crucial to improving customer satisfaction and maintaining your competitive edge.

First off, the inside was closed 4pm in the afternoon bc they were short staffed but there's an employee outside chatting with a friend in the parking lot. They dropped my fries while handing me the bag and replaced them and handed them to me out the window 😡this place sucks!
