I cant stress enough how wonderful the service is. But I cannot stand to waste my time. Constantly get there during their regular opening hours as posted and they're inconsistently open or closed. That and sometimes my food is cold.

It's a great place to eat at the general manager tim is a very good man, they need more managers like him at alot of restraints in fort Wayne. He has GREAT customer service skills and a superb attitude. Go eat there you won't be sorry I promise you that.

Love the Impossible Whopper, helps with my diabetes. I watch the fried food though, but love the fries. Everything was great, service was great. They're short on help but the food was hot! Bathrooms could use more attention, but customer service comes first! They did that!

I travel across town to this location because they have been on point with fresh food every visit and Darius T and Thomas are always giving great customer service and positive vibes in the drive thru.I don't leave many reviews but this was definitely necessary.
I just want to say as a consumer sometimes our attitudes reflect on how the service is at any restaurant people come to fast food expecting right now food fast food just means it'll be faster than a regular sit-down restaurant so to clear that up you want fast food go to a gas station buy instant food.They have to cook the food. It they don't cook it you complain it's not cooked all the way. Cook a burger at home and see how long it takes to cook and then come here order your food if it takes less than 2 minutes to get your food it's going to be raw and nasty so be grateful it's hot and ready now number two machines break down not their fault your car breaks down do you call Chevy or Dodge or Ford and complain no you fix it yeah? They cant control soda MACHINES that break down. Number three the homeless is a very big problem because the homeless shelter is right across the street now complain to the city not Burger King it's not their fault the homeless don't have anywhere else to go. We are doing our best to work the trouble makers out so thier paying consumers can enjoy their food. This particular Burger King cares about the safety of their customers which we are working on. Please be patient they believe it or not ARE trying. If you have ideas for them mention it to them maybe you'll have a good idea that can help make it a better place instead of dropping criticism times are hard but we'll get through it if we all stick together just be grateful somebody else is cooking your food and you don't have to regardless how long it takes. Went in, to pick up lunch. 1252 pm today. was in a good mood. music selection was great. after I ordered I started noticing how dirty their floors are. Wish I would of taken pictures because they truly were nasty down to cigarette butts on the floor. During my order the girl taking my order was more busy with an employee clocking in. Ok that's fine. Sit down to a table that needed cleaned, ok maybe yall were busy. Started tapping my foot to the beat because Rich was using his fingers as drums on the table, only to be called a cracka ssa n**** bishhh by a gentleman trying to sleep while charging his phone, all because I was tapping my foot to the music. Manager didn't seem to care, I understand being homeless but i would think paying customers should feel safe eating in an establishment that they are paying for their food at. Asked for my food to go because I didnt feel safe. Feel sorry for those going thru their drive thru and not seeing how truly filthy the store is. The outside is just as nasty. The whole place needs cleaned up bad. Will not be returning.

I thought I would enjoy dining in what we got was people asleep in the dining room ? others just hanging out felt pretty unsafe we ate fast and left I loved this store in the past always felt welcome, safe, and great service not so much
