Today as I drove by Burger King I thought, Oooo BK Onion Rings sounds good! So I turned around and went through the drive thru. The sweetest, nicest, happiest person took my order and handed me my food through the window. My order ticket says her name is Shanelle. I want to give her high praise for being so awesome and making my day brighter just from her personal radiant energy!

They wouldn’t take my order. They told me they were only accepting card. I had cash, asked them why they would not take cash. They said they didn’t have change. I told them I didn’t need change. They continued to deny my service. Every time I come here I have an issue. It’s disappointing. I got better service at McDonald’s.
Here's the problem. Several workers were not wearing their masks properly including the server, cook and even the manager. If you wear a mask under your nose it's the same as NOT wearing a mask at all. More bacteria comes from one's nose than one's mouth. The cook is actually breathing his bacteria directly onto the hamburgers.
